Jelikoz jsem k nemu dostala certifikat primo i od zlatnika, ktery jim prsten dodal, zjistila jsem nemilou vec, ze prstynek byl prodavan velmi predrazeny. Za tu cenu bych cekala alespon nejaky servis, ale k memu prekvapeni, kdyz jsem se ptala na prelesteni prstenu a pripadne naneseni vrstvy pro obnovu lesku mi bylo receno, ze si to musim zaplatit! Takze i po udajne sleve zde prsten stal zhruba o deset tisic korun vice, nez kdybych si ho objednala primo u vyrobce/zlatnika. Today the husband was already buying the engagement ring. P	Petra Samcova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní neochota při řešení reklamace. Byl zakoupen zásnubní prsten a když jsem ho dostala od přítele, tak jsem zjistila, že je tam neoriginální kamínek. Chtěli jsme ho tedy vyměnit a hned jsem byla obviňována prodavačkou, že jsem si ho někde ťukla a kamínek je povolený, přitom i já jako laik jsem viděla, že kamínek je odlišný od ostatních (větší a jiný odstin), navíc byl v tom místě prstýnek mírně zkřivený. (prodavačka na to koukala lupou, takže to musela vidět) Nicméně sepsala reklamaci a následně příteli volali, že si máme přijít vybrat jiný. Vybrali jsme si jiný, který byl (pro ně bohužel) levnější o 260,-. Nastal velký problém vrácení rozdílu ceny. Po telefonu arogantní komunikace s majitelem cizí narodnosti "proč jste si ho kupoval,já vám nevrátím ani halíř!" Následně na nás byla zavolána i ochranka. Takže toto klenotnictví rozhodně nedoporučujeme!!! Absolute unwillingness to deal with a claim. Bohužel jsem si hned všimla, že je i poškrábaný, dost značně. Platil 9tis. Bohužel kvůli covidové situaci nebylo možné okamžité vrácení. Tedy jakmile se otevřela prodejna, donesla jsem prsten, že ho vracím a nechci ho. Prodavačce jsem ukázala, že je mi mega velký, mám vel.52 na ukazováčku, a že je poškrábaný, že si toho manžel nevšiml. Prodavačka i majitel mi razantně oznamili, že v žádným případě ho zpět nevezme, že jsem ho zničila. Chování šílené. S prstenem jsme ba u vícero zlatníků (mezi nimi i nás dobrý přítel) a oznamili mi, že pořizovací cena tohoto prstenu je tak maximálně 3tis korun - že se jedná o jakési tenčené zlato, pokud je to vůbec zlato jelikož na pár místech prosvítala stříbrná barva. Prsten mi ze všech zlatníků chtěl zúžit pouze jeden, ostatní se do toho pouštět nechtěli. Moje maminka si zde před Vánoci kupovala řetízek a madonnu - 12tis, po měsíci nošení změnilo barvu na jakýsi odstín bronzu. Pořád mne hlodá svědomí poslat podklady pro šetření inspekcí. Okrádají a lžou. Rozhodně ZDE NIC NEKUPUJTE!!!!!!!!!!!! Ať zkrachuje a táhne domů. Definitely not recommended. My husband bought me a ring here for Christmas. My mother bought a chain and a Madonna here before Christmas - 12 thousand, after a month of wearing it changed color to a shade of bronze. I still have the conscience to send documents for the investigation. They rob and lie. Definitely DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE !!!!!!!!!!!! Let him go bankrupt and go home.

Prodavačka byla sice příjemná, ale výmluvy typu, že to byl asi hodně malinký kousek (chtěla jsem adresu, půjdu tam vybírat popelnici, když se tam vyhazuje zlato), změnila na výmluvu, že to vytrousila kolegyně. Nakonec jsem dostala 30,- slevu na cenu za práci. Prostě totální neúcta k cizímu majetku. Určitě nedoporučuji.

Máme z tohoto zlatnictví více kusů zlata a jsme spokojení. Co se týče cen, jsou v normě a zaměstnanci prodejny se k nám vždy chovají přívětivě. Prodavačka mi okamžitě řekla že reklamace nebude uznána. A proč?? Na účtence jsem si měla přečíst že nesmí přijít do kontaktu s vodou. Dáváte někdo k dárku účtenku??? Při nákupu byly náušnice vychvaleny jako top výrobek. Na nic jiného prodavačka neupozornila, potřebuje prodat za každou cenu. Má tržbu a prémie. Když přijdete reklamovat - otravujete a na nic nemáte nárok. Zloději a podvodníci.Vyjeďte do patra- hodinarstvi Asat- prodávají krásné šperky - s lidským jednáním. Avoid the big arch.
