★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last-minute decision to book a guided ebike tour of Prague last night..... discovered by searching on a well known engine!!!
Easy enough to find after getting off at Malá Strana on any 12, 20 or more trams, just ashort walk, but I was a little clise to time.
Karel (great guy, lives up to his name, strong, manly, helpful) met me as he was preparing the other guys on the tour.
Really interesting anecdotes and stories about Prague and Czech Republic history.... Didn't appear force or rehearsed, just straight from the heart, delivered in a friendly manner.
He took us to this palaces that you would not normally find without a real input of local knowledge. The ebikes took the real work out if the trip, but it still makes you feel good having done some exercise.
On the bike you cover so much more distance....having walked 15km for two days on the trot, the bike was real luxury.
I'd really recommend the tour and check if Karel is your group leader before booking.... Not that I know others are not as good, but Karel is proven, so I will definitely book again when I come back in symphony orchestra season!
