M	Monika Gasperiotte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašný... Zaplatila jsem si spíše jen parkoviste?.... A chyba klimatizace nezjistena?. Nehledě na to že o víkendu nikdo nepracuje a auto vám nechají rozebrane na volne přístupem místě hned u servisu. Brána ani závora přes víkend nezavrena a auta volne stojící i s dilama?....takže kdyby někdo chtěl náhradní díly na nějaké auto zadarmo tak o víkendu navštivte CP servis na Plzeňské ? jelikož tam nikdo není. Neprofesionalita a neschopnost těchto pracovníků je neskutečná.... Mám dojem že tam dělají jen pár věcí dokola ale jakmile se ukáže větší problém tak, nic nevědí.... Na vlastní žádost jsem chtěla aby mi auto dali do původního stavu a ať jdou do háje, protože fakt není možné být týden a více bez auta které musím využívat denně. Chápu že je sezóna ale denně slyšet větu " stále nic nevíme" týden v kuse je fakt už dost pochybné!!.. Vyhodila jsem peníze oknem jen ze asi doplnili klimatizaci která stejně nefunguje a za to že autu odendali nárazník a světla a možná se prohrabali v pár dratech. A výsledek příčina poruchy nezjistena a vysolte 2500kc za nic?..... Takže ne, já tenhle rádoby servis nedoporučuji!! Myslela jsem si že tam budou lidi kteří tomu rozumí a šla jsem sem i na doporučení. Nic méně z mé strany obrovské zklamání. Terrible... I paid only for the parking lot? .... And no air conditioning error detected. Despite the fact that no one works on the weekend and they will leave your car disassembled in a freely accessible place right next to the service. The gate and the barrier are not closed over the weekend and the cars are free-standing even with dilama. The unprofessionalism and incompetence of these workers is unbelievable .... I have the impression that they only do a few things there, but as soon as a bigger problem turns out, they don't know anything .... At my own request, I wanted them to restore my car and let them go to groves, because it is really not possible to be a week or more without a car that I have to use daily. I understand that it is the season, but to hear the phrase "we still don't know anything" a week in a row is really quite doubtful !! .. in a pair of wires. And the result of the cause of the fault was not determined and salt 2500kc for nothing ..... So no, I do not recommend this would-be service !! I thought there would be people who understood that, and I came here on a recommendation. No less a huge disappointment on my part.

V 8 ráno jsem dorazil a druhý den v 9 mi volali, že je hotovo. Doporučuji ? Super service. They repaired my air conditioning on a 20-year-old Alfa, which has not cooled for the last 5 years. Great price. I arrived at 8 in the morning and the next day at 9 they called me to say it was over. I recommend ?

I left the car there for two days and they didn't call us until we called back to ask about the car. We finally got the car back because the cost was too high. And of course we had to pay 1000kc for the inspection service and there was no repair. We do not recommend coming here

The technician said there was still some remaining and proceeded to refill. After completion, approximately 10 minutes, the AC still did not work and I was charged CZK1620 with no valid explanation that I can assertain. I was prepared for CZK 790 as there was a chance filling it up might work but to be charged double with no result is a rip off.
