Excellent experience, with professionals and with air conditioning, although so far only "for a test", when it is not hot yet. I'm already looking forward to driving the heat far south in the summer!

The quality of the air conditioning is in order, the approach and negotiations until the handover of the order and its payment are great, the subsequent technical service and communication is absolutely catastrophic.

Delivery with all service and documentation necessary for heat pump operation. Patience and flexibility in assembly, when everything was not prepared to the liking.
