Odstranění křečových žil lepidlem mi bylo vysvětleno tak, že má rychlý a efektivní účinek a po jejich odstranění to tak i opravdu bylo. Děkuji za péči. Paní doktorka je moc milá a vždy si i u prováděného zákroku popovídáme. Za sebe mohu kliniku ráda doporučit. I was at the clinic Yes Visage Ostrava Mrs. doctors Urbánková. Stanovený termín zákroku mi byl během daného dne 2x změnen a poté jsem byla nucena čekat na pana doktora dalších 45 minut. Despite the fact that this clinic is serious, my experience with it was unfortunately very negative. I have never experienced such an approach and dealing with a customer. The set date of the procedure was changed twice during the given day and then I was forced to wait for another 45 minutes for the doctor.

Atmostféra byla velice příjemná v celé klinice. Jsem ráda, že jsem zvolila tuto kliniku protože to byla dobrá volba. Doporučuji. I wasn't at all worse about varicose veins, I had so-called broom veins. At the Yes Visage clinic they took care of it. The atmosphere was very pleasant throughout the clinic. Přála bych každé ženě mít možnost si splnit sen a vypadat tak jak si přeje. V rámci možností samozřejmě. Mě s tím na klinice pomohli a za to děkuji. The clinic completely met my expectations. At the beginning I had the stress that the doctor immediately removed for consultation. I wish every woman had the opportunity to fulfill her dream and look her way. If possible, of course. První konzultace rychlá/odbytá : (Dr Borský.) a stála mě 500,- Kč. Ale i tak jsem se pro kliniku rozhodla kvůli reklamám na internetu “vyhlášená klinika”…. Nespočet chyb ze strany kliniky. Neschopnost komunikace. A to nejhorší - výsledek. Člověk zaplatí ne-malou částku, vybere si kliniku až v Praze, kterou navštěvuje “Lucie Bílá” apod., jen aby měl jistotu dobře odvedené práce. Základní požadavky nebyli schopni splnit. Neměla jsem přehnané nároky. Hlavní bylo sundat hrbol, docílení menšího a rovného nosu. Nepovedlo se. Tak jsem se rozhodla podstoupit ten stres znova a jít na re-operaci na stejné klinice, kterou jsem opět platila s nějakou směšnou slevou. I když si i dále stojím za tím, že to byla špatně odvedená práce. Myslím, že tomu i napomohl fakt, že se mi sestra v Ostravě pokoušela sundávat sádru z nosu o pár týdnů dříve než vůbec měla ( opět neschopnost komunikace kliniky). Každopádně i po druhé operaci mám stále hrbol a další chyby, které potvrdil doktor z Ostravy se kterým jsem se šla o tom všem poradit. Mrzí mě že jsem si tím vším musela projít. So I decided to go through that stress again and go for re-surgery at the same clinic, which I paid for again with some ridiculous discount. Even though I still believe that it was a bad job. I think that the fact that my nurse in Ostrava tried to take the plaster off my nose a few weeks earlier than she had at all (again the inability of the clinic to communicate) also helped. Anyway, even after the second operation, I still have a bump and other mistakes, which were confirmed by a doctor from Ostrava, with whom I went to consult all about it.
