★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka Musilová mi dělala facelift před rokem. Byl to můj dárek k padesátinám na který jsem si dlouho šetřila. Výsledek je skvělý přesně podle mých představ, omladilo mi to tvář o několik let a i zahojené jsem to měla velice rychle.
Dr. Musil did a facelift for me a year ago. It was my fifties present, which I saved for a long time. The result is great exactly according to my ideas, it rejuvenated my face for several years and I had it healed very quickly.

I underwent eyelid surgery at the clinic. I was satisfied with the surgeon and also with the other staff of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniku jsem navštívila na doporučení kamarádky. Nelituji, cítila jsem se tam příjemně a paní doktorka udělala maximum, aby mi pomohla s problémem.
I visited the clinic on the recommendation of a friend. I'm not sorry, I felt comfortable there and the doctor did her best to help me with the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z přístupu personálu na klinice jsem byla potěšená, milí, přátelští a nikdo se tu nepovyšoval. Člověk se tu cítí příjemně. Ráda sem opět zavítám.
I was pleased with the approach of the staff at the clinic, nice, friendly and no one was promoted. One feels comfortable here. I'm happy to come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plastiku břicha jsem plánovala už dva roky a jsem ráda, že jsem si na zákrok zvolila paní doktorku Musilovou. Je to sympatická a hlavně zkušená paní doktorka. U zákroku si dala hodně záležet i na jizvě, která vypadá krásně a z pod kalhot jí není vůbec vidět. Rekonvalescence proběhla hladce a bolesti jsem měla jenom prvních pár dnů.
I have been planning tummy tuck for two years now and I am glad that I chose Dr. Musilová for the procedure. She is a nice and especially experienced doctor. During the procedure, she also cared a lot about the scar, which looks beautiful and is not visible at all from under her pants. The convalescence went smoothly and I only had pain for the first few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odchodila jsem 5 návštěv YES BodyCare. To kvůli čemu jsem přišla (drobná redukce na konkrétních partiích), nemělo absolutně žádný výsledek a to jsem tomu dala ještě 14 dní po celkovém odchození. Klinika mi poslala 2 dotazníky spokojenosti a po odškrtnutí žádosti o kontakt mi zaslala další 2 dotazníky. To bylo v rámci kontaktu vše. Jsem zklamaná výsledkem procedury i jednáním kliniky.
I left 5 visits to YES BodyCare. What I came for (a small reduction in specific games) had absolutely no result and I gave it another 14 days after the total departure. The clinic sent me 2 satisfaction questionnaires and after deleting the contact request, it sent me another 2 questionnaires. That was all in contact. I am disappointed with the result of the procedure and the actions of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Yes Visage since 2016, first for hair removal with laser, later for different facial treatments. My last treatment was facial laser for scars removal and would like to highlight one thing that bothers me most, and it is the level of customer service. Customer servis in central Europe is slightly different from rest of Europe. It is, what it is, but this doesnt mean that it shouldnt be imroved. My last procedure was performed by an english speakig doctor and it all started good, she explained what to expect of the treatment and we started. But then she just stopped communicating, there were no "warning" like "now I will do this and that". I had my eyes tied (as the procedure requires) and could not see anything that was done, so I expected that it will be explained in the making, but there was no communication and it was quit unpleasant to lie there. And after she was done, she just runned away, saying just “bye” on her way out. I guess it was her lunchtime. And left me alone with her non english speaking assistant. So I didnt get any information about what i shoudnt do the first hours after procedure and had to google it when I came home.
So my big advice to all people out there working with customers would be -communication. This is the key of satisfied and loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month ago I was booking my husband for the full scan of veins. The receptionist has told me that the full screening will cost 1750 CZK. The doctor was pretty kind, but she checked only the neck veins. It took 5 minutes and at the reception he was told to pay 3000 CZK. When we looked at the receipt it was not said what exactly we paid for. Terrible experience, bad communication and the information received by the doctor was unclear. So will have to do new check up in some different place. Stay away from this place if you want to get good medical services.
