★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich schlechte Flug Geselschaft und sehr schlechter Service. Unser Flug wurde 10 Tage vor Abflug einfach storniert ohne uns jemals zu sagen warum oder weshalb.
Wo wir einen Flug früher haben wollten (welcher auf Google als verfügbar dargestellt wurde) hat es geheissen das dieser nicht verfügbar ist und dann wollte man uns einen Flug am morgen andrehen (wo wir um 4:00 Uhr los müssten), der aber auch nur noch Business Plätze hat und wir einen hohen Aufpreis zahlen müssten.
Unglaublich schlecht das man einen Flug einfach storniert und dann nicht mal entgegen kommt und wirklich hilfreiche ersatzflüge anbietet… werde nie wieder mit KLM fliegen.
Incredibly bad flight company and very bad service. Our flight was simply canceled 10 days before departure without ever telling us why or why.
Where we asked for an earlier flight (which was shown as available on google) it said it wasn't available and then they tried to offer us a flight in the morning (where we were supposed to leave at 4am) but only that still has business seats and we would have to pay a high surcharge.
It's unbelievably bad that you just cancel a flight and then don't even meet them and offer really helpful replacement flights... will never fly with KLM again.

Not recommend this airline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there, the security guy told us they are doing home office, that they only come for coffee to the office, gave us contact numbers. We tried to call, no one answered. We are trying to contact trough WhatsApp. Very bad expirience with KLM in Czech Republic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess 1.6 out of 5 says a lot. Yep, as others say “too bad zero stars, or minus stars are not available” ….
I waited on chat for SIXTEEN HOURS before I gave up: there is not even an acknowledgement that I opened a chat with them … that is beyond a pathetic business practice.
On a good note I like their organic sandwich snacks :)
