Abychom byli obslouženi,museli jsme asi po 5 minutách prodávajícího požádat o pomoc. S velkou nevolí nám dával najevo,že ho víceméně obtěžujeme. Po dalších 5 minutách jsme se sebrali a jeli koupit koberec do Opavy - tam je to neporovnatelné: VÝBĚR,CENY , ALE HLAVNĚ TA OCHOTA PRODÁVAJÍCÍCH. V Krnově už tento obchod NIKDY více. I will definitely not shop somewhere where I am already having difficulty entering the staff, who are having a lot of fun in all aspects of the PC at the table. In order to be served, we had to ask the seller for help after about 5 minutes. He showed us with great reluctance that we were more or less harassing him. After another 5 minutes we got together and went to buy a carpet in Opava - there it is incomparable: CHOICE, PRICES, BUT MAINLY THE WILLNESS OF SELLER. This store is NEVER more in Krnov.

Ceny jsou OK, jednání se zákazníkem perfektní. Absolute satisfaction for us, the saleswoman was helpful, kind, she advised us what and how, she helped us load the carpet into the car. Prices are OK, negotiations with the customer are perfect.

Abych se obsluhy musela doprošovat o radu a vyslechnout si že chceme moc za udanou cenu mě docela naštvalo chtěli jsme koberec do 6000 a bylo nám řečeno že za takovou cenu neseženeme ani kus hadru . Sebrali jsme se a odešli dnes jsme v Bruntále sehnali krásný koberec za 5400 . Jsou to menší podnikatele ale ochota a vstřícnost personálu byla úplně jiné kvality . Byli ochotni a poradili . Takže do Krnova do této firmy už nikdy ! Visit this store ?! Never again ..
