Navíc jejich oznámení a výzvy přicházejí obyčejnou poštou, už to trochu smrdí :D Nejdřív vám začnou volat že máte tam a tam dluh, ale už vám pořádně neřeknou kde. Pak vám budou vyhrožovat že to musíte splatit jinak na vás bude podána exekuce. No ve finále vám obyčejnou poštou dojde výzva k zaplacení, že máte poslední termín před exekucí. Až mi slečna s příjemným hlasem začala uvádět mé osobní údaje, tak jsem zavěsil. Jakýkoliv souhlas z vaší strany jim jen přispěje. Upozorňují, že ten hovor bude nahráván, a když nic neřeknete tak je to už nevyslovený souhlas. Chtějí mít nahrávku a pak tyto věci požít k dalším vymáháním. Takže ŽÁDNÉ "Ano". Jinak fakt, že se mé osobní údaje dostaly k nějakým podvodníkům, kteří ke mně žádný vztah nemají je otázkou policie ČR. To, co dělají tito lidé, se jim vrátí, a ve stokrát větší míře. Každý hřích vždy najde svého Satana. Peace. Upd. dluh se evidoval, jenže pro to jsem musel napsat na podporu. Nechápu, proč to řeší přes vymáhací agentury a takovou otravující formou. Pak Vám pokutu pošlou která je na 46 eur a po Vás vymáhají 19 000 kč. Za nás to už řeší právník . A decent bunch of thieves :-) I enforce fines from abroad, even if the fines never came to you. Nechám to ještě přezkoumat, ale domnívám se, že si SAMI hledají v registrech dlužníků v zahraničí, kde co dotyčný neuhradil a dávno po promlčecí lhůtě takového přestupku se mne snaží zkasírovat bez jakýchkoli relevantních podkladů. Už podle formátu dopisu jaký mi od nich přišel to jsou šmejdi... Tak bacha na ně. A pod žalobu se za pár dní budete moci podepsat také. I'm suing them. S pár pracovníky se mluvit dá úplně v klidu ale chtěla bych vědět co tam dělá za starší babu co se neumí ani chovat.!!! A další věc vysvětlovat jím že se něco řeší také nemá cenu.
