Není nad rady někoho, kdo produkt intenzivně používá sám. To při výběru hodinek platilo beze zbytku. Naprostá spokojenost.

Kvalita firmy se pozná hlavně když se řeší nějaký problém ....a já takový měl. Zakoupené hodinky Garmin nebyly ok a já musím moc poděkovat chlapům na firmě za to jak se k tomu postavili a pomohli mě k úspěšné reklamaci která by bez nich nedopadla asi dobře . Takže za mne doporučuji ?

The purchased Garmin watches were not ok and I have to thank the guys at the company for their approach and they helped me to make a successful complaint that would not have turned out well without them. Po koupi nových hodinek jsem zjistil chybu a obrátil se zpět na obchod. Díky vstřícnosti se podařilo vše doladit ke spokojenosti. Je vidět, že tomu rozumí. Jiný obchod by jistě řešil reklamací k výrobci bez výsledku. Čili za mě veliká spokojenost a doporučení. Když Garmin, tak tady skvělá volba. Díky

Varování všem, kdo by uvažoval koupit něco s aku programu STIGA. Roku 2018/11 jsem koupil fukar na listí, dva akumulátory a nabíječku, celkem cena cca 10 000,- po dobu záruky fungovalo výborně a byl jsem nadmíru spokojený, ale půl roku po záruce odešli v jeden týden oba dva akumulátory najednou. Akumulátory dle Stiga nejdou opravit, leda mohu koupit nový- silnější za 5000,- 1 ks :-( V prodejně jsem se dozvěděl, co by jsem chtěl již není v záruce, jediný kdo byl trochu nápomocný a snažil se byl pan mechanik, ale neúspěšně. Koupit stroj který byl nadmíru opečovávaný, pravidelně používaný a uskladněn na teplém místě mi připadá dost drahá sranda na 2,5 roku :-( Takhle nějak si STIGA představuje trvalou udržitelnost a uhlíkovou stopu :-(
Warning to anyone who would consider buying something with the STIGA battery program. In 2018/11 I bought a leaf blower, two batteries and a charger, the total price was about 10,000, - for the warranty period it worked great and I was extremely satisfied, but half a year after the warranty, both batteries left in one week at the same time. According to Stig, the batteries cannot be repaired, unless I can buy a new one - stronger for 5000, - 1 pc :-( In the store I learned what I would like is no longer under warranty, the only one who was a little helpful and tried was the mechanic, but unsuccessfully. To buy a machine that has been extremely cared for, regularly used and stored in a warm place, I find it quite expensive fun for 2.5 years :-( This is how STIGA somehow imagines sustainability and carbon footprint :-(

They use to be good. Now forgetting what they had to send.and not complete orders send after asking 2 times for it, and still not complete. There are better more helpful companies in Praha.

I bought this support from them. Arrived like these. So I asked them to change it, they say i had to wait another 15 days more. I agree, when the spare arrive was worst then the first one. They have two prices! One from the web shop and another at the fisical shop.. Fisical shop its 20% more expensive. And they will not do you the price for the eshop if you are at the shop... Crazy eh? Ps. THEY LIE!!!! Pps. They asked google to remove the photo with the proof!! RIDICULOUS
