★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On of the best breweries in Czech Republic. I enjoy their special ALEs, IPA and other kinds of top-fermenting yeasts beers. The brewery as a restaurant is well managed with food ranging from simple but tasty spreads, hot pepper salads to duck with dumpling or schnitzel. I recommend to come by bike (e.g from Liberec through Germany) and go back by local train which has a stop just few steps outside the brewery gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great beer, nice atmosphere, good "bier" food, but HORRIBLE service. Waiting times for service and drinks are unbearable. They constantly do not have what is on Beer menu. When you order coffee and desert, you get coffee in 10 minutes, but desert 40 minutes later.
One dialog with the waitress from yesterday visit:
Me:
"We would like to have one espresso and one espresso Americano"
Waitress:
"They are the same"
Me:
"No, they are not"
Waitress:
"Well, I do not know how to make Americano ..."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique place for it's mix of brewery and railway themes. Good beer and food for reasonable prices. Accommodation in railway wagons is a nice idea.

Second visit this year. Staff need to be more attentive, it took to long to get served. Staff were standing around polishing cutlery or playing on their phones when there were people with empty plates or glasses. I guess there's always a steady amount of customers due to the reputation of the beer, which admittedly is very good and worth coming back for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love the beer which I know from the Bar "Blue Note" in Dresden. Cosy atmosphere. Many types from tap: Lager as well as different (pale) ales. Really liked the Samurai IPA (with only 5,1%) and the Quarterback. Also a really cool thing: You can buy all the beers as bottles from a fridge next to the bar.
Definitely one (big) negative point: They have no vegan options in the menu and no flexibility of the personnel, to improvise something (e.g. fried potatoes with vegetables). Also only two vegetarian dishes are offered, which are in german declared as convenience food ("vegetarische Fertiggerichte"). Anything else than inviting and really not contemporary anymore. On top, one of the two vegetarian dishes (Risotto) was sold out. And the bad french fries aren't an option when going out to drink and eat somewhere, I can do that way better in oven at home.
