Terrible! The lady is very uncomfortable and obviously does the work with reluctance. Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vůni pastelek přebije neochota prodavačky. A to jsem se tak těšila, že tam nakoupím dárky. Takže prostě honem do osvědčeného papírnictví v Bancu.....
Vřele nedoporučuji!!!!!! Ta jedna hvězdička je za sortiment.
The smell of crayons is overcome by the reluctance of the saleswoman. And I was so looking forward to buying presents there. So just hurry to the proven stationery store in Banc .....
I highly recommend !!!!!! The one star is for the assortment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak jsem se rozhodla se pustit do kreslení a malování a začala jsem hledat výtvarné potřeby.Bohužel přímo tento obchod jsem v České Lípě nenašla.Zašla jsem tedy do tohoto obchodu s dost malým očekáváním.Ale byla jsem velice milé překvapená.Veškeré věci,které jsem si vypsala jsem zde i dostala.
Paní prodavačka se mnou byla velmi trpělivá,na mé otázky fundovaně odpovídala,prostě úžasné,mohu jenom vřele doporučit zákazníkům a poděkovat za ochotu a profesionalitu.
So I decided to start drawing and painting and started looking for art supplies. Unfortunately, I did not find this shop directly in Česká Lípa. So I went to this shop with quite a little expectation. But I was very pleasantly surprised. All the things I did I listed here and got it.
The saleswoman was very patient with me, she answered my questions thoroughly, just amazing, I can only warmly recommend to customers and thank them for their willingness and professionalism.
