R	Romana Vonostranska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá katastrofa. Skoro měsíc jsem byla objednána na společensky účes. Mladý kadeřník si me poznamenal do diáře a ja se těšila. V den objednání mi kadernice pribouchla před nosem dveře a divila co tam vubec dělám, ze v diáři nic napsaného nemá. Netusim jakým stylem si zaznamenavaji zakazniky, no každopádně me nevzala. At si napíší na dveře, ze střídají a holí dědečky a barví babičky. Tomuto salonu se vyhnu obloukem. Přečíst si dříve recenze, ani za nic bych tam nevkrocila. V jiném salonu me vzali ihned a tímto jim děkuji za záchranu při takovém jednání v jako v tomto salonu. A total disaster. For almost a month I was ordered for a social hairstyle. M	Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá katastrofa. Absolutně nerozumím tomu, jak mi paní vůbec mohla suverénně nauctovat mytí hlavy před stříháním vlasů, když jsem ji o to ani nezadala. Mela by si přečíst zákoník, kde je jasně uvedeno, ze na to nemá právo a pokud to udělá dobrovolně tak to klient ani není povinný platit. Další věc je ta, ze mě paní ostrihala naprosto křivě a to jsem to chtěla jen na rovno. ??? Též by se měla naučit odnaučit používat efilacni nůžky na kudrnaté vlasy, protože se jimi narušuje struktura vln a prostrihavat vlasy až když jsou už suché a pouze klasickými nůžkami a nedávat je skoro až k hlavě!!!!! Prostříhávat se mají pouze konečky!!! Když už jsme u toho fénování, tak mě pustila s hlavou z části mokrou domů, což je naprosto nepřijatelné a též by se měla naučit fenovat vlasy pres kartáč do tvaru účesu. ??????? Už nikdy tam nepůjdu!!!!! Vypadala jsem jako naprostý blbec... mohla se aspoň zepta , jestli ty vlasy chci i vyžehlit... ??? A total disaster. I absolutely do not understand how the lady could have honestly honored my head washing before cutting her hair when I did not even give it to her. You should read the Code, where it is clearly stated that he is not entitled to do so, and if he does so voluntarily, the client is not obliged to pay. Another thing is that the lady cut me completely wrong and I just wanted it straight. ??? She should also learn to unleash the use of curly hair scissors, because it interferes with the structure of the waves and cuts the hair when they are dry and only with the classic scissors and do not give them almost to the head !!!!! Only cuts are cut out !!! While we're at the blow job, she let me go with my head partly wet home, which is absolutely unacceptable and she should also learn to hair through the brush into a hairstyle. ??????? I will never go there again !!!!! I looked like a total jerk ... at least she could ask if I want to iron my hair ... ???
