Lady who works at reception can be rude. But for 140 euros you know what your getting and I believe it is fair value, cafeteria is only open Mon-Fri from 11:00-14:00 so be prepared to cook.

Some of the receptionist were not really helping or speaking english/even were rude.We had a hard time with that.The rooms are not the top quality but comparing to the pricing in Prague its acceptable.My advice is try to get a room with toilet and shower, otherwise its really hard to share it with the whole flat.

The place is generally OK. Quite good localization, close to public transport, relatively quiet area, there is a canteen at place. The only problem was with cleaning service, that was proposed only once by all the time I have spent at the place (almost three months). It is also worth to mention that the place is good for people who do not have high expectations about general standard.

The reception cannot solve any problem. If the lights go off at night, you would have to live with it. And not just one night, you would have to endure that for almost a week. Whenever you try to tell the receptionists or the economist about the problem, they say maybe tomorrow.

Although I have rated just 3 stars, I've enjoyed this place a lot, mainly because it's always full of people! It's a big dormitory which depending on the building you are you can have better rooms/kitchen. Some have bigger rooms, some with fridges inside the rooms (although rare). The receptionists do not speak English and usually not friendly. The price is cheap and if something is broken they fix it fast. The dorm also has a menza which is opened on week days at midday, also very cheap.

To live with two persons in one room is quite stressful. Each pays 150€/month, so 300€ per room, which is definitely too much. Only one employee speaks understandable English. Glad to live there only for 4 months.

Small rooms, bad service, rude staff, bad location. don’t recommend at all!

In general, the reception speaks bad or no English at all. Many times me and other people had to solve some problems that had arisen by communicating through google translator.The main problem is that very often they are very rude and uncooperative, so you have to make do. Also they only accept cash. However, the technicians, who come to the room to change the bulbs and things like that, are very good and fast. the sheets they gave us were stained, the room quite dirty. There are no common areas, or rather, they exist but you can't use them. We asked several times for explanations but they only replied annoyed that they couldn't be used. The rooms are small for two people, the bathroom however is ok. The heater heats up a lot in winter so there is no risk of being cold (also because the room is 2m big hahah). The kitchen is very small and has only two stoves and a sink. The organization to use the washing machines is not the best because there are not many of them and very often you have to go to reception several times before finding one free to use. Living in a dorm definitely has the advantage of meeting many people and making friends, my experience was great because of this. The lack of a common areas was not great as the rooms are small and we didn't know where to meet to have dinner or a chat, also because from 10pm you can't make noise. The distance to the centre is 40 minutes by public transport. In conclusion, the services offered correspond the paid price.
