A pozor, maji i plaste a duse na kocarky. Za me 6 z 5. Maximum service. The assembled bike was assembled, prepared, sorted, and given free additional service. Maximum satisfaction, very helpful staff. I would highly recommend. And beware, they also have plastic and shower mats. For me 6 out of 5.

Po telefonické dohodě jsem měl kolo přivézt ve čtvrtek, a když jsem tak učinil, bylo mi řečeno, že kolo bude servisováno až v průběhu následujícího týdne. Proč jsem nedostal zprávu, že servis kola se odkládá z důvodu například zaneprázdněnosti? Do servisu jsem přijel s jedním konkrétním problémem, ovšem ze strany servisu jsem byl doslova nucen, aby byly vyměněny další doposud fungující součástky na kole, které s problémem mohly souviset, ale jak se později ukázalo, tak s původním problémem vůbec nesouvisely. Normálně fungující kolo je servisem vyhodnoceno jako životu nebezpečné, kde je nezbytné téměř vše vyměnit za nové. Takže evidentní snaha servisu za každou cenu co nejvíce vydělat. Pozitivní na servisu je to, že původní problém na kole byl skutečně opraven. I do not recommend this bike service. Why didn't I get a message that the bike service was postponed due to, for example, busyness? I came to the service with one specific problem, but on the part of the service I was literally forced to replace other parts that still worked on the bike, which could be related to the problem, but as it turned out later, they were not related to the original problem at all. A normally functioning bicycle is evaluated by the service as life-threatening, where it is necessary to replace almost everything with a new one. So the obvious effort of the service to earn as much as possible at any cost. The positive thing about the service is that the original problem with the bike was actually fixed.
