★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kommen seit Jahren hier hin in den Urlaub und gehen auch gerne in Vrchlabi einkaufen. In den Geschäften sind immer alle freundlich und bemüht.
Was uns heute jedoch widerfahren ist, ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit! Wir haben am Samstag im Q Store für über 800€ eingekauft (Jacken, Pullover, Schuhe etc.). An der Jacke ist uns am Montag Abend ein Fehler aufgefallen und wir sind am Dienstag direkt dort hin.
Die unverschämte Verkäuferin hat uns unterstellt, das wir das Schuld sind und wollte die Jacke nicht austauschen. Nach vielem hin und her rief sie dann endlich Ihren Chef an, dieser war dann auch der Meinung, dass wir den Fehler im Material selber Schuld sind und hätten das ja beim Kauf sehen müssen.
WENN wir es dann schon gesehen hätten, hätten wir die Jacke nicht gekauft!
Der Service und die Kundenfreundlichkeit in diesem Laden ist bei 0 (!!!) Sternen anzusiedeln, jedoch muss man hier einen geben!
NIE WIEDER
We have been coming here on vacation for years and also like to go shopping in Vrchlabi. Everyone in the shops is always friendly and hard-working.
What happened to us today, however, is absolutely outrageous! We shopped for over € 800 in the Q Store on Saturday (jackets, sweaters, shoes, etc.). We noticed a mistake on the jacket on Monday evening and we went straight there on Tuesday.
The insolent saleswoman assumed that we were to blame and didn't want to exchange the jacket. After a lot of back and forth, she finally called her boss, who then agreed that we were to blame for the fault in the material and should have seen it when we bought it.
IF we had already seen it then, we would not have bought the jacket!
The service and customer friendliness in this shop can be settled at 0 (!!!) stars, but you have to give one here!
