★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První bankomat, který mi při vkladu hotovosti vytiskl stvrzenku s počtem bankovek 0ks. Chudáci lidi, kteří čekali ve frontě, tolik sprostých slov určitě ještě neslyšeli.
The first ATM that printed a receipt with the number of 0 banknotes when depositing cash. The poor people waiting in line certainly hadn't heard so many vulgar words yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočka je jako socialistické zdravotnictví. I když je klient objednán tak čeká, čeká a čeká... Na druhou stranu získá detailní přehled o majetkových poměrech klientů kteří se již na řadu dostali, protože pojem soukromí je v této pobočce evidentně tabu.
The branch is like socialist health care. Even if the client is ordered, he waits, waits and waits ... On the other hand, he gets a detailed overview of the property relations of clients who have already joined the line, because the concept of privacy is obviously taboo in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před začátkem schůzky se mě přišli zeptat i ostatní poradci, zda mi nemůžou nějak pomoci (žádná ignorace) a během vyřizování nutných věcí si pán našel i čas na příjemný ležérní hovor. Moje zkušenost s touto pobočkou tedy byla velmi příjemná.
Prostory jsou skromné, takže není moc prostoru na soukromí.
Before the start of the meeting, other counselors came to ask me if they could help me in any way (no ignoring) and while handling the necessary things, the gentleman also found time for a pleasant casual conversation. So my experience with this branch was very pleasant.
The spaces are modest, so there is not much space for privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch of the worst bank. The personell is impolite and unkind, especially if you don't speak czech. Also, they are not capable to solve a simple problems. The complete bank itself is worth only to avoid it. If you are choosing your bank, never choose KB.
