★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Překvapilo mě milé přivítání a ochota poradců. Dokonce proklientsky zjišťovali informaci u ředitele pobočky, který byl taky velmi ochotný a vše potřebné mi vysvětlil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jela jsem zkusit štěstí sem, poté, co jsem v pobočce na Budějovické zažila extremní ignoraci ze strany zracovníků pobočky. Zatímco tam jsem byla naprosto ignorována a přes půl hodiny čekala, jeslti se náhodou neuvolní jedna ze dvou dam, které řešily běžné účty, tady se mě hned u vchodu zeptal pán za přepážkou, co hledám a když jsem mu řekla, že jdu kvůli účtu u Sberbank, prohlásil, že to určitě zvládnem spolu a zvládli. za deset minut jsem odcházela s potvrzením o převodu zůstatku na nový účet. Šlo to jednoduše, rychle a slušně. Moc děkuji

While I was completely ignored there and waited for more than half an hour, if one of the two ladies dealing with current accounts did not come loose, here at the entrance the gentleman behind the counter asked me what I was looking for and when I told him I was going for an account at Sberbank, he said I would definitely make it together and they did. in ten minutes I left with a confirmation that the balance would be transferred to a new account.
