★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zbytečně zabírají místo absolutně zbytečnou pobočkou, jako ve všech obchodních centrech, kde s vámi stejně nic nevyřeší, maximálně vytočí slavnou O2 linku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podávají zkreslené informace o tarifech a závazcích, často dlouhé čekání. Znovu bych přes tuto prodejnu nic neřešil.
They provide misleading information about tariffs and liabilities, often long waiting times. Again, I would not deal with this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha jak na koho narazíte, byli tam v pohodě prodavačky, ale narazil jsem tam i na totálně neochotné a arogantní prodavače. Lepší navštívit rovnou prodejnu O2 než partnerské. Další nevýhoda je když chcete nabít kredit, musíte za víc než například v terminálech.
Operation as you come across, there were cool salespeople, but I found there and totally unwilling and arrogant salespeople. Better to visit an O2 store than a partner. Another drawback is when you want to charge your credit, you have to pay more than for example in terminals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximalna neschopnost, vic nez mesic cekani na instalatera, dvakrat nedodrzeny termin instalace, instalace nepovedena (po mesici cekani), temer 1000kc nedoplatku nauctovany jeste pred instalaci. (Jeste netusim za co ale rad se dneska zeptam). Ta jedna hvezdicka je opravdu nutnost jen pro sdileni. Jinak neni to ani na pul hvezdicky.
Maximum incapacity, more than a month of waiting for the installer, twice failed installation time, installation failed (after a month of waiting), almost 1000kc outstanding arrears still before installation. (I still have no idea what to advise today). The one star is really a necessity only for sharing. Otherwise it is not even a half star.

So this was a real horror. employees make talented people how to look as bored as possible .... and the mess behind the design door with holes is really fail: - /

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si přes O2 eshop držák, ihned jsem dostal SMS s rezervací, další den upozornění abych si přišel. Přišel jsem a držák nebyl, hrozné divení a nulová snaha vyřešit to k mé spokojenosti. Skoro jsem měl pocit že si za to můžu sám.
I ordered a holder via the O2 eshop, I immediately received an SMS with the reservation, the next day a notification to come. I came and the holder was not, terrible wonder and zero effort to solve it to my satisfaction. I almost felt like I was to blame.
