Byla arogantní jakoby mluvila s někým podřadným:) chtěl jsem jen zjistit proc mi nejde volat z niceho nic. zjistil jsem nakonec sám že mám rozbitý přístroj a koupil nový za slušné peníze ale samozřejmě jinde.Se slečnou bych žádný podřadný obchod radši nedělal abych se necítil jako Zero:)) Říkala jen za a/znate heslo b/ privedte majitele firmy. ztratil jsem hodinu času a nic jsem se nedozvěděl..trapné, stačilo jen chtít pomoct zákazníkovi co je u Vodafone x let.
what I experienced there with a young lady today I would not wish anyone. She was arrogant as if she was talking to someone inferior :) I just wanted to find out why I can't call me out of anything. I finally found myself that I have a broken device and bought a new for decent money but of course elsewhere. With a lady I would not do any inferior shop to not feel like Zero :)) She said only for a / know the password b / bring the business owner. I lost an hour of time and I didn't know anything .. embarrassing, all I had to do was to help the customer what is Vodafone x years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mali by ste dat vsetkym kompenzaciu za to ze net vypadava kazdy den, a nech mi nikto nehovori ze kvoli home officu cez covid! Ucet zaplatit to treba kazdy mesiac ale zlavu alebo vratenie penazi na nule ze!
You should give everyone compensation for the fact that the net goes out every day, and let no one tell me that because of the home office via covid! The bill needs to be paid every month but the discount or refund is zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán byl sice příjemný, ale můj problém odmítl řešit, s tím že to prostě nejde. Zajímavé na tom je že mě to nedalo a zajel jsem do jiné prodejny. A světe div se ono to jde. Takže "děkuji" za neochotu řešit problémy. Už vím že sem nepřijdu.
The Lord was pleasant, but he refused to solve my problem, saying that it simply could not. The interesting thing is that I couldn't do it and I went to another store. And wonder it it goes. So "thank you" for being unwilling to solve problems. I know I won't come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem výhodný balíček, Pán u přepážky mi pomohl vybrat, byl velice ochotný a nabídl mi skvělou nabídku. Jsem spokojená s přístupem k zákazníkovi, až budu potřebovat obrátím se zpět k tomuto pánovi.
