★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi, velmi neprijemna paní prodavačka, neochotna, arogantni, drza, absolutní neprofesionalita. Na tento obchod mohu napsat pouze negativní recenzi. Není přece rozdíl jestli jsi jdu opravit telefon nebo vyzvednout baliček. Bohužel pro Vás je i problém se pro ten balíček ohnout. Je mi líto, ale zákazník nemůže za absolutní chaos v zasilkach, který zde máte.
S tak hrubým jednáním obsluhy jsem se ještě nikdy nesetkala. Nechápu, že služby s Vaším odstrašujícím jednáním se mohou stále udržet na trhu. Nechce se mi ani napsat jakou urážku jste mi řekla, poté co jste viděla, že mám u sebe miminko v kočárku.
 Very, very unpleasant saleswoman, reluctant, arrogant, cheeky, absolute unprofessionalism. I can only write a negative review of this store. It doesn't matter if you're going to fix the phone or pick up the packages. Unfortunately, it is also a problem for you to bend for the package. I'm sorry, but the customer is not responsible for the absolute chaos in the shipments that you have here.
I have never encountered such a rude act of the staff. I don't understand that services with your deterrent behavior can still stay on the market. I don't even want to write what insult you told me after you saw that I had a baby in a stroller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zasílali jsme Vám telefon k opravě. Po Vaší opravě se začal odlepovat display, vypínat se, blbout dotyk. Zaslali jsme Vám ho znovu na reklamaci, s tím, že u Vás je servisní záruka a pan servisák volal s tím, že to není Vaše chyba a že musíme za to zaplatit.
We sent you a phone for repair. After your repair, the display began to peel off, turn off, foolish touch. We sent it to you again for a complaint, stating that you have a service guarantee and that the service technician called, saying that it was not your fault and that we had to pay for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekolikrat jsem menil sklo a vzdy bez cekani, rychle a levne. Technik je vzdy prijemny, nic mene pani prodavacku to asi moc nebavi a ta prijemna nebyva.
I changed the glass several times and always waited, quickly and cheaply. The technician is always nice, the saleswoman probably doesn't like it much and she doesn't be nice.
