Otočil myčku, vyndal čerpadlo a pravil: Vadné čerpadlo - za nové budu chtít 2700,- Na to jsem nepřistoupil, tak odjel bez opravy. 800,- V háji za cestu 14km do jeho stanoviště. Čerpadlo jsem si sám vymontoval a zašel do Firmy Bosch Praha, kde jsem si ho nechal zkusit a ono bylo v pořádku. Závada: byla ucpaná výtoková hadice deseticentimetrovým špuntem nečistot. Vyčistil jsem násadou od smetáku a myčka jede jako dřív! Tomu opraváři jsem ve firmě BOSCH udělal ostudu a pravdivě ho očernil! Exactly as written below !!! I disassembled the pump myself and went to Bosch Company in Prague, where I had it tested and it was fine. Defect: the drain hose was clogged with a 10 cm plug. I cleaned the broom with the handle and the dishwasher goes as before! I embarrassed that repairman at BOSCH and truly defamed him!

Je 18:05 a nikdo neprijel, telefony nebere, na zpravy neodpovida. Opravdu neprofesionalni a neseriozni jednani. Davam jednu hvezdicku, ale kdyby to slo, tak nedam vubec zadnou. Na opravy pracek si urcite zavolejte nekoho jineho! Toto je opravdu katastrofa. I ordered a buckle repair / fault diagnosis. Mr. repairman confirmed that he will arrive between 14-16h. It's 18:05 and no one came, he doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't answer the messages. Really unprofessional and unserious behavior. I give one star, but if it did, I wouldn't give it back. Be sure to call someone else to repair the work! This is really a disaster.
B	Barbora Němečková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I přes špatné reference jsme zkusili objednat jejich služby, protože cenovou a časovou nabídkou byli zdaleka nejlepší. Byl jen trochu problém s objednáním - doporučuji zavolat dopoledne 8-10 hodin, jak píší, protože poté už na telefonu nebývají a objednávání přes mail je zmatečné. Výkon byl ale skvělý. Pán přijel cca v půlce slibovaného časového okna, během půl hodiny nám vyměnil čerpadlo, zaplatili jsme celkem 840 Kč (jinde si jen za diagnostiku účtují 1500 či víc) a myčka už víc než měsíc funguje jako nová. Moc děkujeme. :) Despite bad references, we tried to order their services, because the price and time offer were by far the best. It was just a bit of a problem with ordering - I recommend calling 8-10 o'clock in the morning, as they write, because then they are no longer on the phone and ordering by e-mail is confusing. But the performance was great. The gentleman arrived about halfway through the promised time window, he changed our pump in half an hour, we paid a total of CZK 840 (elsewhere they only charge 1,500 or more for diagnostics) and the dishwasher has been operating like new for more than a month. Thank you very much. :)

Proto chci firmu pochválit: opravář slušný, přijel ve slíbeném rozmezí, myčku rozebral a opravil. Cenu sice nebyli schopni odhadnout předem, ale nakonec to byla (za více než 30 min práce) minimální sazba z webu + nový kondenzátor za 40 Kč. Tedy za mě bez výhrad. I found, ordered and only then dreaded negative references (here and elsewhere). That's why I want to praise the company: a decent repairman, he arrived within the promised range, disassembled and repaired the dishwasher. Although they were not able to estimate the price in advance, in the end it was (for more than 30 minutes of work) the minimum rate from the web + a new capacitor for 40 CZK. So for me without reservations.

Místo výměny celé elektroniky za cca 3500,-Kč nabídnuta varianta v ceně 550,-Kč se stejným výsledkem (značkový servis si jen za výjezd k vám, jak mi po telefonu sdělili, naúčtuje 1890,-Kč!!!). Co jsem si vybral, vám asi psát nemusím.... Doklad o opravě a zaplacení byl vypsán automaticky! Žádné "chcete na to doklad? Tak to bude dražší...." Můžu jen doporučit, a ještě jednou děkuji. P	Pavel Fikar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychlá reakce přes objednací formulář. Rychlé vyřešení opravy pračky. K negativním recenzím bych dodal jen to, že pán není mluvka, ale pracuje a nerozptyluje se. Někteří to mohou brát jako aroganci, ale fakt je ten, že pan Horčic přijel kvůli opravě, ne na kafe. To, že si vezme peníze i za krátkou diagnostiku, považuji za normální. Asi někdo očekává, že cesta a čas je zadarmo. O plánování času nemluvě. Spousta negativních recenzí je na tohoto pána od blbů, co neznají hodnotu času a práce. Proto jsem napsal tuhle tecenzi jako obhajobu pana Horčice. Quick response via the order form. Quick solution for washing machine repairs. Probably someone expects travel and time to be free. Not to mention time planning. There are a lot of negative reviews on this gentleman from idiots who don't know the value of time and work. That's why I wrote this review as Mr. Horcic's defense.
E	Edita Hardošová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výslovně nedoporučuji. Kontaktovala jsem servis s tím, že v myčce po mytí zůstává stát voda. Po dvou návštěvách opraváře v myčce stále stojí voda. Poprvé "zablokované čerpadlo", podruhé "závada se neprojevila." To vše, bez rozmontování myčky, za dohromady cca 15 minut práce a 1100,- Kč (2 x 550,- Kč - servis odmítl uznat druhou návštěvu v rozmezí dvou týdnů jako reklamaci). Doporučuju najít někoho s profesionálnějším a férovějším přístupem. I do not explicitly recommend. I contacted the service with the fact that water remains in the dishwasher after washing.
