S agenturou jsem spolurocoval v rovině jak personální nabídky, tak poptávky a vše bez závad. V období covid krize, která je určitě složitá pro všechny, mi hodně pomohli a za to velké díky. O pár dní později se mi ozvala paní jestli nemám opět zajem. Řekl jsem ne, že s firmou co ruší pohovory na poslední chvíli nechci nic mít. Pár týdnů později jsem reagoval na jinou práci a pán z karviné mi řekl ať volám do ostravy kvůli infa na mojí osobu a z ostravské pobočky jsem se dozvěděl že jsem minule nepřišel na domluvený pohovor a nemají zájem spolupracovat s nezodpovědným člověkem jako jsem já. Peníze vyplácejí pozdě a až na konci měsíce, kdy každá firma posílá peníze do 15 dne v měsíci. Jen zde to je jinak.. Zaměstnance hází z jedné firmy do druhé, kde jim to vyhovuje. Naprosté nelidské jednání, ale stát jim to asi umožňuje takhle se chovat k lidem.. Aby toho nebylo málo, tak ani před svátky vánočních neposlali předem slíbenou výplatu. Pokud chcete aspoň trochu žít důstojně, tak raději jiná agentura a stále jsou firmy které berou přímo do kmene.. Jak dělat pod touto agenturou I don't understand how anyone can write a positive review of this agency here .. Or the agency writes it itself .. Mr. Karel Mikloszy is the coordinator of Komfort and does not have exactly exemplary behavior towards clients, unfortunately I worked for this agency for 3 months and I agree with all the negative reviews.
s	s4cRy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pobočce v Karviné povýšené, arogantní jednání a neochota, přitom já se vždy snažím s každým vycházet a jednat slušně. Nejsem žádný lempl. Nic takového. Navíc mají ve všem nepořádek a chaos. Naprosto neprofesionální. V jiných agenturách, či na personálních odděleních, jsem neměl nikdy žádný problém. Nechápu, jak můžou takové lidi zaměstnávat jako personalisty. S takovým chováním a přístupem by měli spíš někde kopat kanály. ;) At the branch in Karviná, arrogant and arrogant behavior and reluctance, while I always try to get along with everyone and act decently. L	Lída Postuwková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Také se bohužel musím připojit k negativním komentářům. Pracovala jsem pod touto agenturou před rokem asi 3 měsíce a odešla jsem sama. Nejprve mi v den nástupu nepřijelo auto, protože paní, co se mnou vedla pohovory, se zapomněla zeptat, kde budu nastupovat. A poté mi nebyli schopni vyplácet týdně zálohy. Vyplatili mi to pouze jednou a podruhé se to zametlo pod koberec. Přitom jsem to měla nahlášené. Pan K. M. měl sklon vždycky odpovědět: Nenahlásila jste si to. Jenže jsem to nahlásila, stačilo to jednou, nemusí se to několikrát. Dale jsem měla problém, po novém roce, když jsem potřebovala 2 dny dovolenou, tak pan M. K. tam nebyl, jeho pracovna byla zamčena. A od šéfa (Mistra), jsem tu dovolenou dostala. Jenže pan K. M. se rozčiloval, že jsem mu nevyplnila papír pro čerpání dovolené. Ale kde jsem ho měla vzít, když měl zavřenou pracovnu? To už mi neoznamil. Jenom kritizovat, to by mu šlo. Přitom sám dělá chyby. Jednou v pátek jsem přišla na noční a Mistr mi oznámil, že vzkazoval po panu K. M. že nemám dnes chodit. No samozřejmě mi to neřekl. A já jsem jako blbec přišla, protože jsem to nevěděla. A žádné omluvy se nekonaly. Nejhorší chování od agentury, které jsem zažila. K. was not there, his office was locked. And from the boss (Master), I got the holiday. But Mr. K. M. was upset that I hadn't filled out his leave paper. But where was I supposed to take him when his office was closed? He didn't tell me anymore. Just criticize, he could. He makes mistakes himself. One Friday I came to the night and the Master informed me that he was telling Mr. K. M. that I should not go today. Well, of course he didn't tell me. And I came like a jerk because I didn't know it. And there were no apologies. The worst behavior from the agency I've ever experienced. Make your own picture, but I definitely do not recommend.
