Już w trakcie telefonicznej rozmowy wiedzieli że nie znam Czeskiego Mimo To zaprosili na rozmowę do MSA tylko po to, żeby jakiś majster na miejscu stwierdził że bez czeskiego nie mam co liczyć na pracę! Słabiutko
They announce themselves for work at Polish OLX without indicating the need to know their language at least at a communicative level! Already during the telephone conversation they knew that I did not know Czech. Despite this they invited me to an interview to MSA only so that some master on site would say that without Czech I can not count on work! feebly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pracoval jsem v automobilce jako obsluha CNC kovoobráběcích strojů. Má dlouhodobá nemocenská mně připravila o mou práci a rodinu o příjem. Díky firmě Personal fabric jsem dostal novou práci, opět u CNC kovoobráběcích strojů.
I worked in a car factory as a CNC machine tool operator. My long-term sickness has deprived me of my job and my family's income. Thanks to the company Personal fabric I got a new job, again with CNC metalworking machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhořsi agentura kterou jsem kdy videla. Jednani nekterych jedincu teto agentrury napriklad pan Vasicek je katastrofalni. Pan V vam naslibuje hory doly jen proto aby jste podepsali smlouvu s agenturou ale realita je jina ... Tuto agenturu v zadnem pripade nedoporucuji
The worst agency I've ever seen. The actions of some individuals in this agency, such as Mr Vasicek, are disastrous. Mr. V promises you mountains and mines just to sign a contract with an agency, but the reality is different ... I do not recommend this agency in any case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pracuji pod agenturou už nějakou dobu a jsem velmi spokojený. Pan koordinátor H.P. je spolehlivý. Kvalita jednání je na výborné úrovni. Všechno klape jak má.
I have been working for an agency for some time and I am very satisfied. Mr H.P. coordinator is reliable. The quality of negotiations is at an excellent level. Everything works as it should.

Proces rekrutacji? 0/10.
Jedziemy na zakład,wypisujemy wszystkie podkreślam wszystkie swoje dane. zdajemy testy manualne, dostajemy informację o dniu rozpoczęciu pracy. W moim przypadku było to około 2tygodni. Ok poczekam. Z tym, że trzy dni przed owym terminem przesunięcie o ponad tydzień. Po tym okresie kolejne o tydzień. Jako, że miałem kontakt z ludźmi co byli razem ze mną na rekrutacji dowiedziałem się, że każdy ma to samo ;)
Mam nadzieję, że nie jest rutyna a wyjątek, ale obiecałem owemu koordynatorowi, że niestety zoobowiazuje mnie to do wystawienia odpowiedniej opinii

The recruitment process? 0/10.
We are going to the plant, we list all, I underline all my data. we pass manual tests, we get information about the day we start work. In my case, it was about 2 weeks. Ok I'll wait. Except that three days before that date, it was postponed by more than a week. After this period, another week. As I had contact with people who were with me during the recruitment, I found out that everyone has the same thing;)
I hope it is not a routine but an exception, but I promised this coordinator that unfortunately it will oblige me to issue an appropriate opinion
