Přehlednost e-shopu dobrá, není problém najít, co člověk hledá. Komunikace s obchodem E-mailem a telefonicky v pořádku. Dodací doba vzhledem ke specifičnosti potřeb byla delší, ale během té doby se mnou komunikovali naprosto bez problémů. Sice v následné dodávce nebylo něco v pořádku (chybou výrobce potřeb), ale reklamace proběhla rychle a v pořádku proběhla výměna. Komunikace při reklamaci na špičkové úrovni.
Za sebe mohu vřele doporučit, objednám jsem si zde určitě znovu. Jen tak dál, posádko obchodu! ?
Editace: další objednávka mě jen utvrdila v pozitivním hodnocení. Vzhledem k atypičnosti objednávky ( sběratelské potřeby nebyly skladem na prodejně) byla dodací lhůta delší, ale během čekání reagovali na mé dotazy prakticky okamžitě. Komunikace a ochota na výbornou. Vřele doporučuji.

Due to the atypical nature of the order (collectors were not in stock at the store), the delivery time was longer, but while waiting, they responded to my questions almost immediately. Vždy tam rád chodím.
Jsem rád, že tento obchod se nepoložil díky roku 2020 a 2021.
Vloni my velmi pomohl ohledně dárku na vánoce.
Klidně vám seženou i extra minci nebo bankovku či investiční zlato - stříbro.
Taky velmi luxusní pouzdra - obaly na mince i bankovky.
Záleží jen čistě na vás kolik jsi přejete tam nechat.
Berou hotovost i ban. karty.
Veliké plus za mne je to, že tam i chodí původní majitel obchodu i když je v penzi.
Taky poradí přes mail nebo i doporučení specialisty ohledně minci, bankovek.
