T	Tereza Holanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda bych se podělila o dnešní zkušenosti s tímto salonem. Objednaná jsem byla na manikúru i pedikúru na 10:00. Zaměstnankyně přišla do práce v 10:15 bez omluvy bez pozdravu. S největší pravděpodobností by na kontrole alkoholu nadýchala. Po pedikuře, u které měla co dělat aby se udržela na židli, mi oznámila ať chvilku vydržím. Poté mě nechala 35 minut čekat, až jsem se musela ozvat zda na mě nezapomněla. U manikúry mi bez optání začala nanášet červený lak, který jsem vůbec nežádala, takže jsem ho chtěla sundat. Po této zkušenosti mě mrzí že jsem hned na začátku neodešla a dala tomu šanci. Recenzi píšu, aby si ostatní zákazníci zvážili návštěvu tohoto salonu, pokud se chystají na svou první návštěvu. I would like to share today's experience with this salon. During the manicure, she started applying red varnish, which I didn't want at all, so I wanted to take it off. After this experience, I'm sorry I didn't leave at the beginning and gave it a chance. I am writing a review for other customers to consider visiting this salon if they are planning their first visit.

Věděla jsem, že je něco špatně už když mi manikérka řekla, že kvůli tomu, že jsem před tím měla nehty gelové, tak mi nemůže zaručit perfektní výsledek (že prý není schopna ho úplně odstranit a že odstraňování zbroušením by se nemělo už vůbec provádět). GEL Lak, který jsem si ze vzorníku vybrala měl být béžovo-hnědý se třpytkami, nehty mám téměř oranžové. Na nehtech mám sice 3 vrstvy gel laku, ale nehty jsou stále vidět. Vše za krásnou cenu 580Kč. Za úplné odstranění gelových nehtů jsem si mohla připlatit 350Kč, ale nemyslím si, že by to výsledek nějak zásadně změnilo. If there wasn't a single star, I would. B	Be Mas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toto studio naprosto nedoporučuji. Paní u telefonu byla arogantní, do studia se bohužel nelze dovolat, nikdo to nezvedá. Zpět volají o několik dní později nebo vůbec. Při pokusu rezervaci přesunout, telefon opět nikdo nezvedal a o několik dní později mi dost nepříjemným způsobem bylo řečeno, že voucher propadá. Za mě v žádném případě nekupovat. I absolutely do not recommend this studio. The lady on the phone was arrogant, unfortunately you can't call the studio, no one can answer. They call back a few days later or not at all. When I tried to move the reservation, no one answered the phone again, and a few days later I was told in a rather unpleasant way that the voucher was failing. Don't buy for me under any circumstances.

Studio je dobře zařízené, paní se vyzná ve svém oboru a dokáže podle projevů pleti doporučit vhodné přípravky ( dle složení, ne konkrétní značky) The lady is very handy and pleasant, she talked to me during the treatment. The studio is well furnished, the lady knows her field and can recommend suitable products according to her skin (according to composition, not specific brands)

Následně odborně provedená pedikúru, dostala jsem rady pro péči o chodidla a určitě se brzy zase vrátím. Jsem velmi spokojená ? Maximum satisfaction ? Pani bola veľmi príjemná, všetko mi vysvetlila, doporučila vhodnú starostlivosť, dala rôzne tipy. Celé hĺbkové čistenie a hydratácia prebehla v poriadku. Používa kvalitné prípravky a celkovo som si to užila. Určite sa vrátim. Cosmetics: I bought a voucher through the discount and I must say that I was excited. The lady was very nice, she explained everything to me, recommended appropriate care, gave various tips. The entire deep cleansing and hydration went well. It uses quality products and overall I enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.

Her name is Marina, and the lady is lovely, she speaks russian, czech and super fluent english which was so good for me as an expat. She is so dedicated to what she does, tells u what she is putting, recommends what to do , the place is cozy and relaxing, i would definitely go there and will try other services that they offer. I look forward and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
