★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very friendly salon! Harsh and very opinionated staff. And ladies are not very skilled. Came to urban nails, as my usual salon had no space. Removal of old gel was super painful. They also use “drill” to remove cuticles, and it leaves skin dry around the nail and does not do a vey good job at cutical removal. I asked for ombre nails and showed them picture taken from their instagram page! Assuming this was their work! Lady didnt use Aerograph (as stated on their insta), instead she was dubbing sponge in nail polish. Which could be ok, but it doesnt look like ombre effect. Colours are not blended at all. Final effect looks like my child took a brush and used it on my nails. I Will not return to this place and i dont recomment it if you want a good quality manicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everybody! I’m from Moscow and in Prague only for a year!!! And i Dont speack Czech yet . This studio is really nice!! It has concept, cool design, nice atmosphere. All other Russian salons in Prague were ok, but really old fashion. This place is modern and the service is good, coffee, tea, movie, good price, good nice administrator, she gave me lots of advice I really needed about Prague. Nice place, I felt like I’d like to come back next week and try more)) brows for sure and maybe lash lifting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, I booked appointment to make a nail at 10.00, went there an it was closed, I tried to call them a few times but nobody picked up the phone. The worst is that it wasn't first time. They were late very often, or asking for coming a few hours later when I came for an appointment, couldn't even call before. Also, it happened that my fingers were cut to blood after manicure there. Somethings colors weren't the same as on the palette as well. I don't recommend, things happen just too often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place, went on the advice of a friend. Before that I visited another salon, but in Prague there is a problem with high-quality services. In fact, I was also critical of salons service, but IT exceeded expectations! Nowhere in Prague have I been offered the "four hands" service yet, one girl does a manicure, the second girl refreshes the paint on my eyebrows. Everything was done as carefully and attentively as possible, so I'm happy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls were extremely cute and superpolite. I was bit scared after reading reviews here before first visit, but my friend recommended it to me and she is extremely satisfied. But I suppose mechanical manicure is not for everyone. Was kinda painfull, with some wounds and inflamation and after 3 days it looks not that pretty
