Kdyz jsem se konecne dovolal, tak mi bylo sdeleno, ze opravy plynovych kotlu momentalne nedela (co samozrejme neni duvodem 1 hvezdicky) a ke konci telefonatu nebyl prijemny - co ze to vlastne otravuju. Jedna hvezdicka za toto jednani s (potenticalnimi) zakazniky I called Mr. Tymes several times, did not hesitate to call back. When I finally called, I was told that the repair of the gas boilers was not present at the moment (which, of course, is not the cause 1 star) and was not pleasant at the end of the call - what I really do. One star for this deal with (potential) customers

P	Petr Klouda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice špatná komunikace. 4x jsme se domluvili, zasílal jsem fotky. Pan Tymeš opakovaně sliboval, že se ozve zpět a domluvíme termín. Nikdy tak neučinil. Když jsem na něj zatlačil, jestli tedy práci odvede, nebo se mám obrátit na někoho jiného (po měsíci domlouvání!!!), tak mi tedy oznámil, že toho má moc a ať se obrátím na někoho jiného. NEDOPORUČUJI! Navíc pan Tymeš ve své odpovědi lže! To že fotky nedošli jsem zjistil, až když jsem sám panu Tymešovi po týdnu volal. Sám mi nedal nic vědět a rozhodně nic NEURGOVAL! Fotky jsem mu poté ihned zaslal a opět týden bez odpovědi. Další týden jsem volal, pan Tymeš řekl, že nemá čas a že se mi ozve zpět - opět nic! To že zakázku nakonec neudělá mi sdělil až po dalším týdnu, kdy jsem mu opět musel zavolat já! ...opravdu jednání na rovinu a bez zbytečných slibů... Kdybyste radši výtku přijal a nekomentoval, nebo uznal chybu, bylo by to lepší. Ale tím, že zašlete lživou odpověď jste tomu skutečně nasadil korunu. Very poor communication. 4x we arranged, I sent photos. Mr. Tyme has repeatedly promised to call back and arrange a deadline. He never did. So when I pushed him, if he did the job, or I was going to turn to someone else (after a month of negotiation !!!), he told me he had the power to turn to someone else. NEDOPORUČUJI! In addition, Mr. Tymeš is lying in his answer! The fact that the photos I did not find out when I myself myself called Mr. Tymeš. He didn't let me know anything, and he definitely didn't do anything! I then immediately sent the photos to him and again a week without a reply. The next week I called, Mr. Tymeš said he had no time and that he would call me back - again nothing! The fact that the contract will not eventually tell me after the next week, when I had to call him again! ... really straightforward and without unnecessary promises ... If you'd rather accept the complaint and not comment or acknowledge the mistake, it would be better. But by sending a false answer you actually put a crown on it.
