Как только видят, что на это не ведешься и сумма покупки не очень большая - интерес сразу теряют. И мало что могут сказать про саму косметику - на практически все вопросы ответы ищут в рекламных брошюрах. Expensive store. Три балла, за то что не хотят оформлять tax free, хотя на улице висела вывеска, искали всякие отговорки. В Праге хотели ещё докупить шампунь с ? пивным экстрактом и верите, не нашли! Каково же было моё удивление, когда в отеле я рассмотрела купленную косметику - только ОДНО средство было чешским!!! Остальные - Франция, Испания. Цены, как оказалось, в полтора раза выше.... Короче, разводилово, рассчитанное именно на туристов. Жалко не денег, а испорченых впечатлений от Карловых Вар. О косметике не знают ни чего, на все вопросы суют под нос брошюру. Картой можно расчитаться только на сумму свыше 50€, на возражения отправляют к ближайшему банкомату. С этим магазином сотрудничают практически все русскоговорящие гиды и заводят сюда на всех экскурсиях, за это получают комиссию с ваших покупок. В чеке только общая сумма без позиций. Лично у меня сейчас в районе 400 крон выше, чем есть на самом деле, но я стала считать уже вернувшись с покупками и поняла, что надурили. Но косметика не стоит этих денег. Более того, ради прибыли продавцы и производители этой косметики идут на откровенный обман. Самый обычный шампунь, в состав которого входят такие термоядерные, агрессивные соединения как лауретсульфаты, парабены и другие компоненты стирального порошка, они выдают за экологичный продукт по цене 10-15 евро. Тогда как на рынке цена такого пивного шампуня - не более 1 евро. Другой пример - для лечения артроза здесь предлагают крем с экстрактом окопника. Согласно описанию в каталоге, "крем ускоряет процесс сращивания костей при переломах, улучшает подвижность суставов". Для большей убедительности приводится схема отделов позвоночника. Любой потребитель, хотя бы немного знакомый с действием косметики, понимает, что крем действует только на поверхности эпидермиса и не способен лечить болезни суставов. Это уже откровенное мошенничество. В магазине при покупке не выдают чеки, а это уже повод для обращения в налоговую инспекцию. Try to get around this store! Сухое масло для ванны было годное до декабря 2020 года, уже 9 месяцев как просрочено. Крем детский с засохшими подтеками на резьбе, видимо был использован как тестер. Гель для суставов и крем для тела в 2,5 раза дороже, чем в обычном магазине. Шипучка для ванны почти в 2 раза дороже, чем в магазинах в курортной зоне. Чек при покупке не дают. Не было желания возвращаться туда, чтобы вернуть просроченный товар и использованный крем. Лучше купите всё онлайн. The lady was trying to convince me that the product in the catalog I wanted is for kids (mind you the description of the product clearly stated one can use it even under make up so it was for grown-ups!) and suggested to buy another cream that was 3X more expensive. Our tour guide gave us a coupon for 5% discount and the lady in the store refused it saying that it was only who buys over 500 korunas worth (and nothing anywhere said about this on the discount given by guide). Not a good experience, unfortunately.
