★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Románský kostel sv. Jana Křtitele ve Velkém Boru byl kolem roku 1300 goticky přestavěn.V 18 století byl dále přestavěn barokně. Do dnešní podoby byl upraven v roce 1836. Poblíž kostela je malá poutní kaplička Panny Marie.
 Romanesque church of st. John the Baptist in Velký Bor was rebuilt in Gothic style around 1300. In the 18th century it was rebuilt in the Baroque style. It was rebuilt in its present form in 1836. There is a small pilgrimage chapel of the Virgin Mary near the church.
