★ ★ ★ ★ ★ От улицы Пражска Брана в сторону старого города ведут Коминицкие лестницы. Поднявшись по ним, вы окажитесь на улице На Козине. Пройдя к Железной улице, выйдите к барочному костелу Святого Яна Непомуцкого. К храму ведет и другая дорога от Староместской площади.
Современный костел был построен в 18 столетии. Ранее на этом месте располагалась католическая монастырская церковь, которую разрушели во время гуситских войн. Затем здесь основали лютеранскую церквь. В 1727 году её перестроили в стиле барокко. Позже храм был передан в ведение католической церкви.
Сегодня в костеле проводятся церковные греко-католические обряды. Подавляющее число прихожан украиноязычны.
Во внутреннем интерьере храма большой интерес представляет сохранившиеся барочная мебель.
From the Prague Praha street towards the old town are the Kominitsky stairs. Having risen along them, you will appear on the street On Kozin. Passing to Zheleznaya street, exit to the baroque church of St. John of Nepomuk. Another road leads to the temple from Old Town Square.
The modern church was built in the 18th century. Previously, a Catholic monastery church was located on this site, which was destroyed during the Hussite wars. Then a Lutheran church was founded here. In 1727, it was rebuilt in the Baroque style. Later, the temple was transferred to the Catholic Church.
Today, the church holds church Greek Catholic rites. The vast majority of parishioners are Ukrainian-speaking.
The interior of the temple is of great interest to the preserved baroque furniture.
