Schade. Wäre bestimmt interessant.
From the outside very beautiful church, which is in the middle of the street in Hrensko and divides the street. Unfortunately it is always locked. You don't even get a look inside the church from outside. Too bad. Would be interesting.

The lowest placed church on the territory of the Czech Republic was built between 1786 and 1787, allegedly at the instigation of the future ruler Joseph II, who stopped here on the way to Děčín, and wondered what a terrible journey through a deep rocky gorges the local believers had to make on their way to the word of God. It is a late Baroque, single-nave structure with beveled corners and a wooden bell tower. The church interior is consisting mainly by the main altar dating back to 1710 with the Baroque painting of St. Jana Nepomucký. Since 1958 it has been protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. It has been damaged several times during the flood, the last time in 2002. It has been dilapidated for many years, but soon it is possibility of making extensive reconstruction, as the building passed under the administration of the municipality (summer 2018). In front of the church there is a statue of St. Jan Nepomuk, a little older than the church, dating back to 1756.
