Krásný kostel, ve kterém proběhl nádherný varhanní koncert v rámci XII. ročníku Českého varhanního festivalu.
A beautiful church, in which a wonderful organ concert took place as part of the XII. year of the Czech Organ Festival.

The former building (probably Gothic) is mentioned in 1384, but the Romanesque church probably stood here earlier. It was then destroyed during the Hussite, but also the following wars, and in 1709 the construction of a Baroque church has begun. A single-nave longitudinal church with distinctive side chapels creates a cross-sectional ground plan. There is a prismatic tower in the western façade. The church is surrounded by a cemetery. In the vicinity of the church, a wall and a moat were found, perhaps the remains of a fort of the Johanites. Above the church there is a late Baroque statue of st. John of Nepomuk dated in the extension 1747. The building of a storey parish office with a shallow axial risalit comes from 1713. In the 19th century, the parish office was rebuilt.

A very nice Baroque church is certainly a landmark of the village since 1709-1725, when it was built on the site of an earlier church mentioned as early as 1384. It is likely that before it stood a Romanesque church. The church stands below Kalich Castle, which creates a beautiful background. Beautiful place.

10. srpna 2019 jsme zde v nádherném barokním kostele svatého Mikuláše v Třebušíně prožili skutečný svátek varhanní hudby. V rámci 13. ročníku českého varhanního festivalu zde vystoupil varhaník chrámu svatého Bartoloměje v Rakovníku a opatství Venio v Praze na Bílé Hoře pan Aleš Nosek. Na programu byla hudba Johanna Sebastiana Bacha, Johana Gottfrieda, Johana Christia Kittela, Jana Křtitele Vaňhala, Johana Eberharda Westa, Maxe Regera a Roberta Jonese.
