★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejnu pana Mrhalka jsme vyuzili naposledy. Maminka bohuzel koupila nespravny kohoutek, ktery nam nepasoval. Chteli jsme tedy vymenit (samozrejme nepouzity) za spravny, bohuzel jsme byli odbyti velmi neprijemnou pani prodavackou. Pokud firma tvori zisk timto zpusobem a poskytuje takovy "zakaznicky servis", radeji at z trhu zmizi. Spravny kohoutek jsme koupili u konkurence a vyhozene penize nechame panu majiteli pred prodejnou.
We used Mr. Mrhalek's store for the last time. Unfortunately, my mother bought the wrong faucet, which did not fit us. So we wanted to exchange (of course unused) for the right ones, unfortunately we were sold by a very unpleasant lady saleswoman. If a company makes a profit in this way and provides such "customer service", it is better to disappear from the market. We bought the right faucet from a competitor and we leave the discarded money to the owner in front of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji nákup a služby této firmy. Koupili jsme zde záchodovou mísu, při montáži zjištěná vada na keramice nádrže, díky které záchod neustále protékal. Při reklamaci v prodejně paní neochotná a ať počkáme, že to musí vidět manžel ( majitel ), pán po telefonu, arogantní, nepříjemný a velmi neochotný mě přesvědčoval o tom, že jsme špatně namontovali. Pani v prodejně ani na pozdrav neodpověděla nicméně nádrž záchodu mi nakonec vyměnila za jinou, bylo jí jasné, že jinak neodejdu. U této firmy už nikdy více. Podotýkám, že po zaslání fotek přímo výrobci mi vadu uznali a radili záchod reklamovat u prodejce.
I definitely do not recommend the purchase and services of this company. We bought a toilet bowl here, a defect found during installation during the ceramics of the tank, thanks to which the toilet was constantly flowing. When complaining in the store, the lady is reluctant and let us wait that her husband (the owner) must see it, the gentleman on the phone, arrogant, unpleasant and very reluctant convinced me that we mounted incorrectly. The lady in the store did not even respond to the greeting, however, she eventually exchanged my toilet tank for another one, it was clear to her that I would not leave otherwise. Never again with this company. I would like to point out that after sending the photos directly, the manufacturers acknowledged the defect and advised me to complain to the seller about the toilet.
