In their form I wrote a request, I needed to replace the floor in the kitchen. We met the representative, discussed the possibilities. As a result, we agreed to send me two versions of the reconfiguration. For three weeks, no calculations came to me, so I wrote a reminder message. Nobody answered the message. I do not know.

I strongly do not recommend this company. They have been reconstructing our apartment for 3 months and it is still not done, we are waiting for the door to the apartment, then the floor moldings will be finished. Therefore, we live in an apartment, but even the furniture has no place yet. Despite the fact that the apartment has waste in the kitchen, the bathtub is poorly siliconized, the plug in the bathtub does not work as it should, the galley in the bathroom is hung at an angle, the windows are poorly cleaned and difficult to close, painted heating is spotty, holes at heating risers fucked by an amateur, painting the rooms was worth a big fart, etc. I regret other people who hire this company.

I recommend to all the company Koupelny Havlík s.r.o., we have reconstructed 2 bathrooms with this company to our satisfaction. In 2014 it was a completely new bathroom apartment 1 +1. Everything went to our satisfaction. Company offer processed in 3D, very decent behavior. The elevator was brand new after reconstruction, the craftsmen cleaned everything after themselves, nor the neighbors had no comments. Professional work ie tiling, paving, plumbing and electrical work all in the agreed term. At the end of last year, ie 2017, we completely reconstructed the bathroom in the daughter's apartment and again to our satisfaction, plumbers offered us a better solution than we had planned. Very skilled masons and other professions. Bathroom finished in time and the company also provided a nice replacement housing.

Excellent work, flexible and clear communication, ideas and recommendations factual and apprenticeship (they thought for us in places). Overall, I can only recommend to everyone. Maybe a little more expensive, but it is worth the worries and nerves saved :-)

This company looks serious only at the beginning. As they say "when the bird catches ...". If you want a quality and unprecedented reconstruction, avoid this company. Reconstruction total disaster. Craftsmen are only hired and poor knowledge of their field. They come and go as they please. The individual stages of reconstruction on non-consecutive term stretches of weeks ago, and even failure due to technological progress, which had to redo part of the work. Technical reconstruction plan and distribution is only a rough sketch, to which continually illustrates just where you should be, or how they precisely when construction comes! Supervision, who should take care of technological processes and quality of work is the employee of the company, which speaks for itself. Even after a few months, the complaint is not settled and gas and wiring revisions and the construction log are delivered. P. Havlík stopped paying after several payments and urgencies.

I have to evaluate the reconstruction of the housing core very well and I am glad that the negative evaluation here did not discourage me. I have been thinking about this company in connection with the reconstruction since we started thinking about a bigger apartment, because I had the opportunity to see "their" bathroom and it looked very good. We were already satisfied with the graphic design, we just selected the tiles from the catalog and the designer came up with a beautiful simple combination and completely matched our ideas. It took a while before it was our turn to start construction, but then everything went fast, every day you could see a piece of work and in three weeks it was done despite the fact that at the weekend the neighbors were allowed peace (and not only umakart was broken, but also a panel non-load-bearing partition + new walls were built and overall the layout of the apartment changed a bit). Everything went as we requested and if we did not specify something, it was done so that the result looked its best and was functional. In the course, we demanded several changes and everything was agreed and done to our satisfaction. The result looks great. As for the price, we had a comparison, because after reading the negative reviews, I hesitated for a while and was willing to outsource the work to another company. The competition offered a price almost the same, but they wanted money in advance. Here, a clear advantage won over Mr. Havlík that he is paid continuously for what is delivered or done. Finally, I must praise the professional conduct, which I can again compare with the competition, which did not bear that it was not selected.

I have good experience with this company. 1.5 years ago, I had the core, hallway and kitchen renovated. They helped me with the selection of materials, prepared a 3D visualization and a clear budget, met deadlines and communicated with me at all times. I am satisfied with the reconstruction.

After the reconstruction, several shortcomings were discovered (multi-part hood chimney, protruding screw, damaged toilet, probably due to incorrect handling during installation). Unfortunately, before I even managed to contact Mr. Havlík, I was abroad and then working outside UnL. My mistake, then I didn't feel like solving it anymore. I was also unprofessionally affected by the fact that Mr. Anděl offered me finishing work cheaper (assembling a console, etc. on himself in order to bypass the invoicing to the company and not come to the agreed date, he did not answer the phone). However, after 4 years, the stone tiles in the bathroom collapsed and broke the expensive sanitary ware - a designer faucet, a bathtub (fortunately nothing happened to anyone). The company's argument was that it was under warranty and water was definitely splashing on the wall (there is also a separate shower in the bathroom, the bathtub served as a bathtub). Subsequently, however, I found a mistake, no waterproofing was used at all! Yes, in the bathroom, in a humid environment, the tiles were placed only on so-called buns. The independent craftsman just shook his head. The company carried out the repair by leaving a broken bathtub, faucet and wall lining with those cracked stone slabs. Unfortunately, I was not in the apartment that day and the subsequent communication was absolutely arrogant, when Mr. Havlík allowed me to write about money for this deadly work. My website cheerfully presents my beautiful bathroom at that time. Unprofessionalness of employees, bad technological procedures and unprofessional behavior. No need to talk about energy spent on emergencies. Now the repair will cost me tens of thousands. I strongly do not recommend, resp. solid conduct only until the signing of the contract, as stated in the previous review. Save your nerves and money!
