Termíny dodávky byly rychlé a v pořádku. The leader, Mr. Kvapil, did everything to to meet all my specific requirements, he tried to find alternatives that would satisfy my demanding demand. Delivery times were fast and fine.

V prodejně měli opravdu velký výběr, tak jsme byli rádi za pomoc s návrhy designu dle našeho přání. Jednání bylo rychlé a bezproblémové. Zboží nám dovezli až domů v době, na které jsme byli domluvení. Koupelny Jas, respektive pan Kvapil z otrokovické pobočky, v nás zanechal hluboký dojem a přesvědčil nás, že i v dnešní době se dají služby nabízet a realizovat s profesionálním přístupem, rychle a ochotně. Během celkového řešení koupelny jsme měli asi sto různých požadavků, dotazů, podnětů. Na všechny bylo vždy obratem reagováno k naší maximální spokojenosti. Líbil se nám přístup, kdy jsme do konečného řešení dali naše představy a zároveň vše kombinovali dle doporučení pana Kvapila. Do ničeho nás netlačil, ukázal jednotlivé možnosti, zmínil plusy i mínusy. 100% doporučujeme a doporučovat budeme i dále, vážíme si poskytnutých služeb a moc děkujeme. During the overall solution of the bathroom, we had about a hundred different requests, questions, suggestions. All of them were always immediately responded to our maximum satisfaction. We liked the approach of putting our ideas into the final solution and at the same time combining everything according to Mr. Kvapil's recommendations. He did not push us into anything, he showed individual possibilities, he mentioned pros and cons. We 100% recommend and will continue to recommend, we appreciate the services provided and thank you very much.

L	Libor Pospíchal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan prodavač Kmenta má vychování řeznického psa. Dále nelze vyměnit či vrátit ještě neodebrané (!) zboží. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. K Vaší reakci: Ano, informujete o tom, že zboží nelze vrátit. Na druhou stranu mi rozhodně nepřijde v pořádku, že v okamžiku vytištění skladové výdejky už nevracíte peníze. Dokonce ani v případě, kdy je zboží poškozené. Toto píšu jen jako upozornění pro ostatní potenciální zákazníky. Výše popsané nesouvisí s chováním prodavače, to je úplně jiné téma. Jak jsem Vám psal v e-mailu, své peníze už u Vás neutratím. Mr. Kment's salesman has raised a butcher dog. Furthermore, it is not possible to exchange or return goods that have not yet been removed (!). Definitely not recommended. To your reaction: Yes, you indicate that the goods cannot be returned. On the other hand, it definitely doesn't seem right to me that you don't return the money at the time of the stock issue. Even if the goods are damaged. I am writing this only as a warning to other potential customers. The above described is not related to the behavior of the seller, this is a completely different topic. As I wrote to you in the e-mail, I will not spend my money with you.
