Celou koupelnu od tohoto studia plánuji až příští rok do novostavby, pak recenzi edituji, ale zatím nemám důvod nedat 5. My jaw didn't fall, but I bought what I needed. The selection could have been larger, but it is sometimes to the detriment ? Staff competent. I plan the whole bathroom from this studio until next year to the new building, then I edit the review, but I have no reason not to give 5 yet.
M	Martin Mrajca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro firemní zákazníky asi ok, ale já jsem pány evidentně vyrušil od konstruktivní debaty, kde i přímo za pultem jsem tváří v tvář obsluze čekal než si kluci dopovědí co potřebují. Nestalo se mi to tam poprvé. A ještě když chcete něco, co není běžné (třeba perličkový závitový adaptér pro baterii), tak to raději snad ani neexistuje. Jinak sortiment pro běžné vodovodní a kanalizační komponenty tam mají. Přístup personálu je ale tristní. Probably okay for corporate customers, but I obviously disturbed the gentlemen from the constructive debate, where even directly behind the counter, I waited in the face of the staff before the boys found out what they needed. It didn't happen to me for the first time there. And even if you want something that is not common (for example, a beaded threaded adapter for a battery), then perhaps it doesn't even exist. Otherwise, they have an assortment for common water and sewage components there. However, the attitude of the staff is sad.

Když jsem chtěl pomoct se sifonem řekli mi ať si vyberu sám že jsem mladý tak určitě si poradím. ? At such high prices, willingness to help customers to the freezing point. Jsem naprosto spokojen s profesionálním přístupem i logistikou doručení veškerého materiálu. Thanks to Mrs. Kantorová's great design in Třinec, we did not stop at the design, but we have the entire bathroom already realized. I am completely satisfied with the professional approach and logistics of delivery of all material.
T	Tomazzo Rozvoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolútne neodporúčam s touto firmou spolupracovať akýmkoľvek spôsobom objednal som si drahú nadštandardnú kúpeľňovú batériu na objednávku. Z prevádzky mi volali po týždni že si ju mám prevziať prišiel som na druhý deň a batéria už na prevádzke nebola zamestnanec ju dal v ten deň nejakému pánovi ktorý mal o ňu záujem nechcel na ňu čakať. Podotýkam že ja som ju už mal zaplatenú… Vzhľadom na skutočnosť Že som mal dohodnutého inštalatéra po 3 h batériu od pána zvali a vytazoslavne mi oznámili že je na prevádzke. Tu príbeh nekončí. Batéria bola poškodená možno z pomsty toho pána čo sa mu nechcelo čakať tak som ju vrátil a reklamoval. Povedali mi že ju zašlú na reklamáciu a 30 dni musím čakať. Môj apartmán však bol na druhy deň bol zabookovany tak som musel ísť kúpiť batériu do castorama v pl pretože ptacek na sklade batérie tohto typu nedrží. V castorame som si vybral krásnu veľmi podobnú za 1/3 ceny ihneď skladom bez poškodenia. Po troch týždňoch mi volali že batéria je u ptáčka pripravená chcel som ju vrátiť ale nieje to možné pretože som ju nekúpil cez eShop ale priamo na prevádzke ? tak mám doma jednu luxusnú drahú batériu ktorú nepotrebujem lebo som zistil že je lepšie nakúpiť pár kilometrov v castorame pripadne ak si potrpíte na kvalitu doporučujem Mera v Bialsku!!! Tento rok sa chystáme prerábať ďalšie ubytovacie zariadenia no s ptáčkom už to nebude!!! I absolutely do not recommend working with this company in any way, I ordered an expensive above-standard bathroom faucet to order. I was called from the operation after a week that I had to take it over, I came the next day and the battery was no longer in operation. I would like to point out that I already had it paid… Due to the fact that I had an agreed plumber after 3 hours, the battery from the lord called and questioned me that it was in operation. The story does not end here. The battery was damaged, perhaps from the revenge of the gentleman who did not want to wait, so I returned it and complained. They told me they would send her for a complaint and I had to wait 30 days. However, my apartment was booked the next day so I had to go buy a battery in the castorama in pl because the bird in stock of this type of battery does not hold. In the castorame, I chose a beautiful very similar for 1/3 of the price immediately in stock without damage. After three weeks they called me that the battery was ready for the bird, I wanted to return it but it is not possible because I did not buy it through the eShop but directly in operation ? so I have one luxury expensive battery at home that I do not need because I found it better to buy a few kilometers in castorame or if you suffer from quality I recommend Mera in Bialsko !!! This year we are going to renovate other accommodation facilities, but it won't be with a bird !!!
