Moje zkušenost s delconem je otřesná. Před zaplacením jsou všichni milí, po zaplacení neochota věci řešit. Manžel měl záda po úrazu, řešila jsem tedy dovoz sedačky. Paní na prodejně mi jasně řekla, že kluci jsou ochotní a když je pěkně poprosíme, sedačku nám vynesou. Cena za dopravu byla stanovena, o ceně za výnos nikdo nic neřekl, vyfaktrutovana také nebyla. V dohodnutý termín se manžel uvolnil z práce, aby převzal pohovku. Zaměstnanci, kteří rozváží zboží nechali sedačku na sídlišti před domem, že nic nikam nosit nebudou, jedině za 600. Arogantní přístup. Následně jsem situaci řešila s paní z prodejny na Vsetíně a ještě hodí na mě, že jsem žádné vynesení nechtěla a nic takového mi neřekla. Takže opravdu nedoporučuji. Po této zkušenosti uz tam nikdy nic nekoupime!!!!

My husband had his back after the accident, so I dealt with the import of the seat. The lady at the store clearly told me that the boys are willing and if we ask them nicely, they will bring us a seat. The price for transport was set, no one said anything about the price for the yield, nor was it invoiced. At the agreed date, the husband relaxed from work to take over the sofa. Employees who deliver the goods left a seat in the housing estate in front of the house that they would not wear anything, only for 600. Arrogant approach. Subsequently, I resolved the situation with a lady from the store in Vsetín, and it is still up to me that I did not want any delivery and did not tell me anything like that. So I really do not recommend. After this experience we will never buy anything there again !!!!
