★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji nákup na tomto obchodu. Vůbec nekomunikují a sami si musíte zjišťovat, proč se objednávka zasekla a kde je. A pokud se dovoláte, tak vám řeknou, že zboží je doprodáno.
 I do not recommend buying at this store. They do not communicate at all and you have to find out for yourself why the order is stuck and where it is. And if you call, they will tell you that the goods are sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostala jsem knihu poškrábánou a pozdě kvůli tomu jsem odevzdala úkol pozdě. Velmi mě to naštvalo ale kniha je velmi dobrá. Chci říct že mi měli knihu dodat do 8 dnů ale dostala jsem jí za dva a půl týdne a ke všemu byla poškrábaná.
PS:objednávejte knihu jinde.
I got the book scratched and late because I submitted my assignment late. I was very upset but the book is very good. I mean, they were supposed to deliver the book to me in 8 days, but I got it in two and a half weeks and it was scratched.
PS: order the book elsewhere.

Ja som druha kategoria, objednavam si nepravidelne zopar rokov, prevazne knihy v anglictine plus v slovencine. Som rad ze je eshop kde viem presne takyto sortiment najst, este k tomu so skvelou cenou. U klasik v anglictine si viem vybrat podla vydavatela, tolko verzii ponukaju. Vynikajuce, ak hladam prave konkretne vydanie :) Super.

As usual, reviews of people write with a negative experience or you are very satisfied. I am the second category, I order irregularly for a few years, mostly books in English plus Slovak. I am glad that there is an eshop where I can find exactly such an assortment, even with a great price. For classics in English, I can choose according to the publisher, they offer so many versions. Excellent if I'm looking for a specific edition :) Great.
a huge plus for the discount for recurring customers (sure, it's a small part, but very pleasing)

I am surprised with such a low rating of the store, my impression is completely different there are a lot of valuable books and at a good price, helpful staff .... I don't know what's going on, I'm simply delighted.
