★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vojenská kasárna z let 1886 - 1892 byla pojmenována podle rakouského vojevůdce Albrechta Fridricha Rakousko-Těšínského jako "Albrechtova", po vzniku ČSR to byla kasárna "Štefánikova". Za okupace opět "Albrechtova", potom "Smíchovská". Po úpravách v 90. letech 20. st. je tu sídlo Krajského soudu v "Justičním paláci"... Právě odtud vzešel první popud k Pražskému povstání v květnu 1945, posádka zásobovala povstalce zbraněmi.
Military barracks from 1886 - 1892 was named after the Austrian commander Albrecht Fridrich Austria-Cieszyn as "Albrechtova", after the establishment of Czechoslovakia it was barracks "Stefanik". During the occupation again "Albrechtova", then "Smíchovská". After adjustments in the 1990s. here is the seat of the Regional Court in the "Palace of Justice" ... This is where the first impulse for the Prague Uprising in May 1945 came, the crew supplied the insurgents with weapons.
