S	Sandra Hetherington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious and a fantastic location. There is a tram stop a few minutes walk away to take you into the centre of Prague or, going in the other direction, a large Tesco hypermarket. We booked the Superior Studio for 4 nights and loved it.

Daily room service for an apartment 5. Location, near metro. 6. Staff are helpful , willing to keep luggage until the next day Disliked · 1. Not electric lock 2. The beds are not queen bed , but made by two twin beds combined. Therefore , it always split up 3. No breakfast 4. No facilities at all

No wardrobe, no work space, the chair to eat is so hard doesn't even have a small pillow... doesn't make any sense at all for the price you pay. And WORSE: They put 3 different rooms at the picture when u try book so u imagine u will get the best room but they will obviously put you at the worse and say u didn't pay attention at the picture... I got a "superior" room that not even bathtub had and the heat was not working!!! Seriously hell... I dont get how anyone would pay so high for such a terrible place and give it 5 stars... is it all because they have high ceilings and a nice wallpaper? Come one. Prague had A LOT BETTER PLACES.
J	Jorick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've enjoyed my stay at Royal Prague City Apartments. Very comfortable room and a great, central location. The only improvement I'd like to suggest is to provide better curtains. The current ones look tattered and don't block outside light.
R	Ramon Ribás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July 25th 2021. We have just arrived today. The first impression is great. The check-in was good. The recepcionist was very kind. We booked two appartments. Both are nice, clean and spacious and well decorated. They face to a quiet back-yard. It is a petty that they do not have a proper wardrobe... We have left the place. We keep the 5 stars. September 28th 2021. We have traveled once again to Prague to pay a visit to a relative. We booked again this place because we had a very good experience last time. The overall experience was good, but not as good as the previous one. We booked an apartment for 4, to be used by 3 people. We got a room on the 5th floor. The kitchen was really scarce. The rooms are quite dark, because of the tiny size of the windows. When room number 507 is in use you can hear a los of noise coming from it. Definitely room 509 is not a good option. For me rooms X05 are the perfect option to stay 4 people. I have to change to 3 stars my valuation. April 17th 2022. We know the place and we repeated. The location is very convenient, the room size is fantastic and the kitchen is well equiped. The staff is nice and helpful. The place is quiet and warm. I would give 4, but to be honest I have to keep 3 because of the annoying situation with the boiler. It kept show showing error E25 and stopping every now and then. We called the room service. They sent us a technician quite rapidly. The solution they gave to us: reset the boiler when the error goes off.

N	Naomi Maciver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, spacious, fresh and location wise brilliant! We had the room with the balcony, 205 if i remember correctly so go for that one if you smoke aswell its handy! everything is within walking distance aswell.

Furthermore, we were quite disappointed when stepped into our room. The room was smelly and felt dirty. They have not mopped the floor and the towels were dirty. The reception closes at 5, so I could not ask for clean ones until the next day. When I reported the make-up and dirt stained towels, the receptionist did not even say sorry and it took 35 minutes to bring us fresh ones. However, the location of the hotel is excellent.
