★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just off the crazy Main Street, it's very quiet and relaxing, the hordes of people don't seem to walk that extra 45 seconds off the main strip to be disruptive! The location couldn't be better.
The rooms are amazing, clean, and if you get a balcony, you'll love it! Providing you have respectfully neighbours as it can Echo immensely!
The staff were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in good location and nice design. But! For 5 stars hotel is absolutely unacceptable cleanliness level. After check in I straight away found dirty glasses, and told to change it. After they changed glasses I found dirty plates (not just dusty or with spots, they was not washed after eating) dust everywhere. They obviously never vacuum the room. There was pink nail on the carpet. Living room sofa with a huge stain. It was disgusting. And I'm not even talking here that was a covid time and you can forget about sanitary standards. I addressd resectionist one more time about cleaning in my room, they just changed few more glasses.
Wi fi password was incorrect in the room. Restaurant - bistro under construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice setting, walking distance from most sightseeing in Prague. The staff is awesome, the check-in /out was smooth regardless of the time of the day. Place is spotless, and very nicely appointed. I am omitting one last star for the lack of parking options (not their fault, just the nature of the location)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel and rooms are really nice and if it wouldn't be for the incidents at the breakfast offered by Mondieu and about the rude personnel I would give 5 stars without even thinking. Two days in a row we had issues having the breakfast already included in the room rate with this restaurant. Both days we got turned away because we are not on the list. Today we were treated extremely rudely and the waiters ignored us for 45 minutes. 5 stars for the hotel, 2 stars for associating with Mondieu and all the unpleasantries we had from this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is close to Charles bridge. It is not in old town but close to old town. There are several good restaurants close to hotel. Room is large and has kitchen. Also there is washing machine. I haven’t seen iron. Rooms are designed beatiful with nice details. You need to ask for room cleaning otherwise they do not do daily cleaning. Hotel lobby is closed and they do online checkin. Online experience was not smooth for me and I had to call several times to get the steps. If you book, try to get check in steps before coming to hotel. Unfortunately there was no elevator to my room. They told me one section does not have elevator. Higher floors may be hard to use. I would give lower rating if I stay on higher floors. Also there is no room service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spaceous, cozy, very clean apartment (attic floor and high ceilings). Modernity combined with Bohemian spirit. All amenities and higiene products there. Very central but quiet location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big mirror in the bedroom. Two toilets, dishwasher, washing mashine, iron, and even a tool to sparkle the water. Adjustable heating. Nice views from windows. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartment with large lounge and bedroom on the 3rd floor. Large bathroom, small kitchenette and a second toilet complete the rooms Convenient location for Charles Bridge, the Castle area and shops and restaurants.
