Marketa is amazing, the rooms are exquisite, and the staff are always ready to make your dreams come true. I never wanted to share this place as I was worried it would get too hard to book but they deserve this review and I hope everyone at MR is doing well through this COVID craziness! Hope to be back soon!

J	James Ozzie Osborne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel twice and had a great experience. Because of the great stay I booked my parents a stay for Christmas. Now my parents cannot travel, as my sister - who has health conditions, has contracted Covid. I phoned the property and spoke with Tereza, who told me that I could request a refund from this pre paid property off the manager when she is back in (Tereza IS the manager). I then put in a cancellation waiver request with my booking agency. This request was denied. So now my parents cannot travel for very obvious reasons and Tereza - the manager, will not refund me any of my money. I told her I would be happy to pay for 1 night when I phoned her again, where she confirmed she was the manager. This time she said she would look into it and be happy to offer me a refund for the first night. This has not happened. And she is ignoring my phonecalls. I got another "deniel" response when requesting a cancellation. I urge others who are considering staying here to look elsewhere if this is the customer service they are to receive.
C	Catherine Pisacane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best places that we've ever stayed. The location is excellent, walking distance to all the major attractions. There is a tram stop directly outside. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It is gorgeous! The views are amazing. Very clean, well maintained. The apartment is well furnished and has pretty much everything you need. Beds are comfy. Tereza, the manager, was very welcoming and gave us some great restaurant recommendations and other useful info. Housekeeping did a great job. The building was also easy to find when we arrived. I'm so happy we booked this place for our 10 day stay in Prague. Highly recommend! I read some reviews complaining about noise outside. We were on the 3rd floor- it definitely was NOT an issue.

The place staff is courteous and professional, the rooms are very clean, proximity to public transportation to anywhere in the city. Highly recommended for families.
J	Junior on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a stay for new year at this establishment on Booking.com I was forced to cancel my stay because of a covid infection, a cancellation fee of 269 euros was mentioned on the booking site but the establishment tried to steal 600 euros on my credit card. Fortunately the booking intermediary was able to refund me, because this establishment is not correct, they are thieves. It's a pity because the place looked nice, be careful with your money!
