★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vlastik je vybornej, zkusenej trener a skvelej chlap. Naucil me hodne a na treningy se vzdy tesim i kdyz to neni zrovna leharko :} BTW hezky si to uzivaji i zensky.
Vlastik is an excellent, experienced trainer and a great guy. He has taught me a lot and I always look forward to training even when it's not exactly easy:} BTW is nice for women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prvotřídní trenér. Dlouholeté zkušenosti s výukou bojových sportů a sebeobraných systémů. Ví jak zajímavě a poutavě předat informace. Kombinuje do výuky i další bojové styly, které zná a umí techniku přízpůsobit různým situacím a pro nováčky zjednodušit. Navíc každé +-3 měsíce začíná nový kurz, je zde možnost přijít na náborovou hodinu zdarma a snaží se pro své žáky pořádat další různé semináře a lekce (např. kondiční box, sebeobrana zaměřená na ženy atd.). Rozhodně můžu vřele doporučit.
