Posílala jsem e-mail a jednu zprávu, ale reakce stále žádná.
Už je to 16 dnů a stále se nikdo neozval ?

Objednávala som 23.10., prišlo potvrdenie, pak objednávka nechodila. Snažila som sa kontaktovať prodejcu - po 2 neúspešných týždňoch kedy nikto nereagoval na email a telefonát konečne niekto zdvihol telefonón - objednávka mala byť znovu odoslaná, prý nastal dáka chyba. Teraz sú to ďalšie 2 týždne a objednávka stále nikde a opäť nikto zo strany obchodu nereaguje...Žiadam navrátenie peňazí!

I ordered on October 23rd, confirmation came, then the order did not work. I tried to contact the seller - after 2 unsuccessful weeks when no one responded to the email and the phone finally someone picked up the phone - the order should have been sent again, it is said that a mistake occurred. Now it's another 2 weeks and the order is still nowhere and again no one on the part of the store is responding ... I request a refund!
