★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemám s tímto servisem dobrou zkušenost. Reklamovala jsem pánev Tefal. Paní mě informovala, že reklamace byla zamítnuta a její otázka byla, jestli má pánev rovnou vyhodit - na vyhození NEBYLA. Jelikož nejsem z Plzně a jezdím tam minimálně, řekla jsem paní, že se tam zastavím, až budu mít cestu, ale že to může trvat. Bohužel i díky koronakrizi mi to vyšlo až dnes, kdy mi paní suše oznámila, že pánev už asi vyhodila, že jí tam měla dlouho. Každopádně se ani neobtěžovala zavolat, že jí vyhodí, resp. že jí vyhodila. Celkově paní působí arogantně. Zde už nikdy více.
Unfortunately, I do not have good experience with this service. I complained about the Tefal Basin. The lady informed me that the complaint was rejected and her question was whether the pelvis should be thrown out straight away - it was NOT thrown away. Since I'm not from Pilsen and I go there at least, I told the lady that I would stop there when I had a trip, but that it could take. Unfortunately, thanks to the coronary crisis, it only came to me today, when the lady dryly informed me that she had probably thrown the pelvis away, that she had had it there for a long time. In any case, she didn't even bother to call to fire her, resp. that she fired her. Overall, the lady is arrogant. Never again.
