★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volal jsem a zvedl to pravdepodobne nejhorší a nejvic nesympaticky človek na svete. Mam problem s kotlem a chtel jsem aby nekdo prijel na opravu. Byl naštvany, porad se ptal na typ kotle a a servisaka co ho servisuje. I po sté co jsem mu dotazy zodpovedel se tvaril jako kdyby ho obtezovalo se se mnou bavit. Na odpoved, že nam ho letos servisoval človek z PRE mi rekl "a proc nevolate PRE" ? Poté mi rekl, ze maji ted plno a nemaji vubec čas.. Neskutečny pristup..
I called and picked up probably the worst and most unsympathetic person in the world. I have a problem with the boiler and I wanted someone to come to the repair. He was upset, the meeting asked about the type of boiler and the serviceman what was servicing him. Even after a hundred questions I answered him, he looked as if he was bothering to talk to me. In response to the fact that we were serviced this year by a man from PRE, did he tell me "and why don't you call PRE"? Then he told me that they are full now and they don't have time at all .. Unbelievable approach ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krotitelé kotlů mohu jen doporučit! Odešel nám plynový kotel Vaillant, venku byly ještě mrazy, volal jsem asi na x různých servisních firem. Většina nemohla hned, další mi nezvedali ani telefon. Nakonec jsem dostal doporučení na krotitelé kotlů, kteří přijeli hned druhý den. Problém odstranili a celá záležitost byla i poměrně levná. Na telefonu je příjemná paní, která se velice dobře technicky orientovala, na servis pak přijel technik, který vše udělal rychle a dobře. Kladně hodnotím zákaznický přístup, profesionalitu a hlavně rychlost vyřízení.
I can only recommend boiler tamers! The Vaillant gas boiler left us, it was still freezing outside, I called about x different service companies. Most couldn't right away, others didn't even answer my phone. In the end, I received a recommendation for boiler tamers who arrived the very next day. They eliminated the problem and the whole matter was relatively cheap. There is a nice lady on the phone who was very technically oriented, and a technician came to the service, who did everything quickly and well. They positively evaluate the customer approach, professionalism and especially the speed of processing.
