Krušovická restaurace Na Michelské - Michle

The food was really good. The place is kinda local favourite as i understood, many people gather there at the end of the day to have a beer and talk while drinking. Would go there again!

Amazing place with variety of Krušovice and other beer. The food here is also very delicious and the staff is very friendly as well. We come here often and only had one small problem which was quickly solved thanks to a great staff. I recommend to swing by if you are close by!

Considering the location and and the prices here, compared to what you get, this place is a jam. You can comfortably have lunch here for 100czk. The food os very nice with a decent selection and a specials menu. If you go downstairs, there is a passage to a nice seating area that is really cozy.

I can recommend the restaurant. 11/2019 ★★★⭑☆ (3.5) Rate price : food quality The food is of a reasonable quality for a reasonable price. ★☆☆☆☆ (1) Service/Staff It is really a pity but the biggest problem of this restaurant are waiters or staff in general. It happened multiple times that the waitress came to ask what one of us had ordered, although the other people sitting at the same table had already gotten their meals. Last time, we did not get any beverages that had been ordered. After reminding it, we got a part of the ordered beverages but not all of them (not speaking about a glass of water that was part of the daily menu). Furthermore, the waitress did not bother herself with finding out who ordered what. She just put the plates in the middle of the table and we had to take them. We also already experienced a situation when the waitress brought a payment terminal without being asked (we did not want to pay at that moment as we were discussing something). If she had came and asked to leave due to a small number of tables in the restaurant, we would have payed and left without any problem. But this treatment was in my opinion inappropriate. If the staff tried to serve better and smiled sometimes, they would be tipped more and the customers would be satisfied. It is a pity as the restaurant is not bad. But this is exactly what discourages me from visiting this restaurant. ================================ ★★★⭑☆ (3.5) Poměr cena : kvalita jídla Jídlo je rozumné kvality za rozumnou cenu. ★☆☆☆☆ (1) Obsluha/Personál Je to opravdu škoda, ale největším problémem restaurace je obsluha či personál obecně. Nejednou se stalo, že se se paní číšnice přišla zeptat, co si někdo z nás objednal, ač všichni ostatní u stolu již jídlo obdrželi. Posledně se nám stalo, že nápoje nebyly přineseny vůbec. Po připomenutí byla část objednaných nápojů donesena, ale ani zdaleka ne vše (nemluvě o vodě, která měla být k menu automaticky). Paní číšnice se ani neobtěžovala zjistit, jaké jídlo patří komu. Prostě přinesené talíře položila doprostřed, abychom si je rozebrali sami. Už se nám rovněž stalo, že po dojedení jídla paní číšnice rovnou přinesla terminál, i když jsme platit ještě nechtěli. Kdyby přišla a slušně poprosila, jestli bychom odešli kvůli nedostatku míst v restauraci, nikdo by s tím nedělal problémy. Ale takovéto zacházení mi přijde nevhodné. Možná, kdyby se obsluha alespoň trochu snažila a občas se na zákazníky usmála, dostala by mnohem větší spropitné a zákazníci by byli spokojeni. Je to škoda, restaurace totiž jinak není špatná. Ale toto mě vždy odrazuje od toho tam zajít na oběd.

I normally like the place but this time seemed we were unlucky. 45 min waiting for food. Svickova had dry meat and hard dumplings. But the rest was top. And i like the beer
