N	Nikola Matoušková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extra rychlé a efektivní. Procedura nakopla jako trojité kafe. To je rozdíl proti teplé sauně po které vždy usínám. Extra fast and efficient. The procedure kicked a triple coffee. This is the difference with a warm sauna after which I always fall asleep.
V	Veronika Jakešová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si zde 3 vstupy, nebot me terapie chladem velmi zaujala a chtela jsem ji vyzkouset. Prvni dva vstupy byly temer bezproblemove, (u druheho vstupu nastaly nejake potize se zprovoznenim) ale daleko vetsi problem nastal u posledniho vstupu, kdy jsem si odnesla velmi neprijemny zazitek. Pri me navsteve na recepci asistovala starsi pani, ktera vyslala do kryosauny mladou slecnu, (predpokladam novou kolegyni) pri cemz se ji zeptala, jestli uz umi zachazet s kryosaunou a slecna (ne moc presvedcive) odpovedela ze "jo" a tak sla do kryosauny se mnou prave ona. Jakmile bylo dosahnuto urcite teploty v kryosaune, slecna me zavolala, abych se sla nachystat. Pri vstupu do chladici kabiny, jsme zjistili, ze nefunguje zvysovani dna a tak mi tam slecna umistila jen jakysi stupinek, ktery ale nebyl dostacujici, protoze jsem hodna mala. Ma hlava byla porad dost nizko, ale slecna me ujistila, ze je to v poradku. Do kabiny se zacal napoustet dusik, ktery jsem chte nechte zacala vdechovat a upozornila jsem na to. Slecna me zacala ujistovat, ze to nevadi, ze u vrchu uz neni dusik, ale pouze para. Behem nekolika dalsich sekund uz jsem jaksi zacala ztracet vedomi a pak uz si jen pamatuji, jak jsem sedela na zidli v totalnim soku a slecna se mnou vydesene trasla a ptala se jestli jsem v poradku. Udelalo se mi behem chvilky lip a obe jsme si oddechly. Zkusenost to byla ale opravu desiva a dokonale me odradila od dalsho vyuzivani teto kryosauny. Osobne si myslim, ze by pri takove procedure meli asistovat jen a pouze kvalifikovani lide, kteri vi jak s takovym pristrojem zachazet. A pokud je tam jakakoliv porucha (jako bylo ted posunovani dna kabiny), nemeli by tam klienty vubec poustet, protoze tim ohrozuji jejich zdravi. I ordered 3 tickets here, because I was very interested in cold therapy and I wanted to try it. The first two inputs were almost problem-free (the second input had some problems with commissioning) but a much bigger problem occurred at the last input, when I had a very unpleasant experience. During my visit to the reception, an elderly lady assisted, who sent a young lady to the cryosaunas (I assume a new colleague), asking her if she could handle the cryosaunas and the lady (not very convincingly) answered "yes" and so went to the cryosaunas. with me. As soon as a certain temperature was reached in the cryosaun, the young lady called me to get ready. When entering the cooling cabin, we found out that the raising of the bottom does not work, so the young lady placed there only a step, which was not enough, because I had a lot. My head was pretty low, but the lady assured me it was okay. Nitrogen began to fill the cabin, which I wanted to inhale, and I pointed it out. The girl began to assure me that it didn't matter that there was no more nitrogen at the top, only steam. Within a few more seconds, I somehow began to lose consciousness, and then I just remember sitting on the wall in total shock and the girl shuddered with me, wondering if I was okay. I felt better in a moment and we both rested. However, the experience was a repair of scary and completely discouraged me from further use of this cryosauna. Personally, I think that only qualified people who know how to handle such a device should assist in such a procedure. And if there is any failure (as it was now moving the bottom of the cabin), clients should not leave there at all, because it endangers their health.
G	Gabriela Palichová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kryosaunu jsem navštívila už několikrát a vždy odcházím spokojená. Příjemný personál, čisté prostředí. Mohu jen doporučit. I have visited the cryosaun several times and I always leave satisfied. Pleasant staff, clean environment. I can only recommend.
V	Viktor Zboril on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativně malá místnost, ale na odložení svršků bohatě stačí. Zařízení je čisté a hezké. Obsluha nám vše vysvětlila a vše proběhlo bez problémů. Na svaly po sportovní zátěži ideál. Pro návštěvníky doporučuji držet ruce ve vyšší poloze, jinak zima trošku "leze" za nehty. Relatively small room, but abundantly enough to put up. The equipment is clean and nice. The staff explained everything to us and everything went smoothly. Ideal for muscles after a sports load. For visitors, I recommend keeping your hands in a higher position, otherwise winter a little "climbs" by the nails.
O	Ondřej Světlík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaparkoval jsem přímo před vstupem a zdarma, i s čekáním (2 lidé přede mnou) jsem do 12 minut odjížděl krásně ochlazený a nastartovaný na celý horký den. Prostředí není luxusní, ale na tak krátkou proceduru to nevadí. I parked right in front of the entrance and free of charge, with waiting (2 people in front of me) I drove in 12 minutes beautifully cooled and started for the whole hot day. The environment is not luxurious, but for such a short procedure it does not matter.
