Raději jsme zvolili jinou firmu s kladným přístupem k zákazníkovi, který je velmi důležitým prvkem při jednání s klientem. D	Dejvid'S LIFE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost co jsem kdy zažil. Jednání s klientama absolutně pod urovní. Nejdřív po mě chtěj abych poslal foto na cenovou nabídku. že jí udělají hnedka. Za dva dny volám a paní mě sdělila že ,,my na to máme týden, vydžte si" po 10 ti dnech volám kde mám cenovou nabídku a ehm ehm ah ah ehm pardon ehm ....... ted koukam nemužu na vás dohledat email ehm ehm. Katastrofa katastrofa katastrofa!!!! HANAK šel bych zvracet. 10 dní mě blokujou kdy jsem to mohl mít dávno ve výrobě od někoho jiného třeba nebo i od nich. Super reklama pro HANAK studio. Nikdy víc. The worst experience I've ever experienced. Negotiations with clients absolutely below the level. First they wanted me to send a photo for a quote. they'll do it right away. In two days I call and the lady told me that "we have a week for it, get married" after 10 days I call where I have a quotation and er ah ah ah umard ehm ....... now I can not look at you disaster catastrophe catastrophe !!!! HANAK I'd go vomit. 10 days block me when I could have long ago in production from somebody else or even from them.
A	Adam Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se společností MATOM mám asi tu nejhorší zkušenost, co jsem mohl získat při zařizování své první kuchyně, a to hlavně z důvodu jejich jednání a postoji k problémům. Vstřícní a milí byli pouze do zaplacení zálohy, poté se veškerý klientský přístup vytratil a jakákoli změna byl velký problém, za který se nebáli říct i několik desítek tisíc. Nakonec po mně byla vyžadována platba celé kuchyně předem, bez stanoveného termínu montáže. Časově to byl také velký propad. Před samotnou montáží jsem poslal několik fotek s instalacemi, které byly schváleny. Ale když montážníci přijeli, zjistili, že chybí vodoinstalace a zase odjeli. Kuchyň poté byla namontována za dalších 8 dní, ale bohužel na kuchyňské desce chyběla cca 1,5 metrová lišta. Lištu dodali za měsíc, ale absolutně neseděla ve spoji. Po odmítnutí zatmelení následovala reklamace celé desky. Po neustálém dohadování desku přivezli za cca 1,5 měsíce, ale zase bez lišty na opačné straně. Desku odvezli na dodělání a přivezli namontovat napozítří. Nutno říct, že kuchyň nyní vypadá hezky. Co mě ale štve nejvíc je jednání společnosti. Do dnes jsem nedostal žádnou omluvu v jakékoli podobě za vzniklé komplikace a časové prodlení. Z celého obchodu odcházím s pocitem, že jsem byl jen dojná kráva. Rozhodně nedoporučuji! I have probably had the worst experience with MATOM I could get from furnishing my first kitchen, mainly because of their behavior and attitude to problems. They were friendly and nice only until the advance payment, then all client access disappeared and any change was a big problem, for which they were not afraid to say tens of thousands. Finally, I was required to pay the entire kitchen in advance, without a set date of assembly. It was also a big slump in time. Before installation I sent some photos with installations that were approved. But when the installers arrived, they found that the plumbing was missing and left again. The kitchen was then installed in the next 8 days, but unfortunately the kitchen counter was missing about 1.5 meter bar. The bar was delivered in a month, but it was absolutely not in the joint. The rejection of the investment was followed by a claim of the whole board. After constant dispute, they brought the record in about 1.5 months, but again without a bar on the other side. The board was taken to completion and brought to be mounted the next day. Needless to say, the kitchen now looks nice. What most annoys me is the behavior of society. Until today I have not received any excuse in any form for the inconvenience and time delay. I leave the store with the feeling that I was just a dairy cow. Definitely not recommended!
